Hello princesses! Today ill give you some tips to look at leas a bit better. And don't worry! You wont need to spend any money and they're easy peasy.
Sleeping with your pillow elevated improves your complexion
Why does it work?:
Slightly elevating the head during sleep reduces fluid retention on the face, mostly on the eyes and cheeks areas.
Walking bare foot connects with your beauty
This is called "grounding" and I know it sounds spiritual but walking bare foot on grass or dirt reduces stress, improves mood and that shows on your skin, look and energy.
Raise your eyebrows for 10 seconds several times a day.
It's a mini "natural lift" because it stimulates the muscles in the forehead and eyelids. It strengthens expression and prevents drooping over the years.
Pure honey as a facial mask
Raw honey has antibacterial, moisturizing, and regenerative properties. Use it alone or with a little bit of cinnamon (if you're not allergic) and leave it on for 15-20 min: it leaves your skin soft, with a glow, and cleanses the pores.
Sleeping with the window slightly open improves your skin
Fresh air regulates the oxygen and humidity in the environment. Sleeping with good ventilation reduces acne, naturally hydrates the skin, and you wake up with better color in your face.
