Today seems like a good day to reiderate that drag queens are real human beings, some of whom went on a reality tv show, their lives are real and not a plot line for your consumption, despite having competed on TV. Treat every queen, especially ones making parts of their lives public to you, with respect. Enjoy drag, go to local shows, meet fun people and have fun with gender. Don’t spend your time spiraling on the internet about a relationship that isn’t yours. Love y’all.

Also pretty please stop acting like liking one queen means hating another, or just outright hating one queen because they arent bffs with a queen you like.

Whether they’re on a competitive show or just at work doing their jobs, they’re human beings. Some will have disagreements or outright fights. Some will make up, some wont. Some will be very friendly and professional with each other without actually liking each other. Some will be very mean and insulting with each other and be extremely close friends who adore one another.

They’re people.

Remember: The show is edited by people trying to sell you a story, not what’s actually happening.

Also remember: Real life is long, complex, and constantly changing. Queens are navigating their lives just like you’re navigating yours.
