Today’s lunch ！ お昼ごはんに大根定食！ 大きな大根を沢山使おうと思い 大根カツと 大根と人参のなます 大根と豆腐と油揚げの味噌汁 にしました。

大根カツは、出汁と醤油であらかじめ煮た大根に 薄力粉、卵、パン粉の衣をつけて 揚げました！ ヘルシーで美味しいです。

卵焼きにコーンを入れたのも美味しかった！

週末も色々頑張りましたー！ 今週もお疲れ様です。
