Hey besties, it's Fab ✨✨✨ Mun (my main is @scaramouchecomehome, if you're interested ο(=•ω＜=)ρ⌒☆) back at it again with another askblog! This time around, my brain wouldn't rlly cooperate and come up with a short intro brought to you by Sucrose, so you'll have to deal with me ( •̀ ω •́ )✧

Rules:

Please keep asks respectful towards others. I don't want to see any toxicity towards any group of people. No sexism, no racism, no pedophilia— the usual things sane people wouldn't want to see.

No NSFW asks. I personally see Sucrose as underage, but please be aware that I am under 18. That means none of that icky stuff around here. Like, at all.

No discourse, please. Like I said, please be respectful towards others— I'd hate to have to turn off anon or block anyone.

Any and all offensive asks will be deleted and anon will be temporarily shut off if there is a breach in any of these rules.

"Oh, of course! I understand that humans don't know much about us- we avoid them on purpose most of the time, for our own safety. Y'know, seeing as even child could squish us like bugs, aha. I don't know much about holidays- in human terms, I'm not even a year old after all! I do know that most, if not all, of us hibernate during winter, due to our low cold resistance and small stature that makes us prime prey when there's nothing else. Plus, one of the main jobs for us is pollinating, and we can't really do that when everything is dead. As for birth,, all I know personally is that in spring something something cherry blossom petals something something boom fairy is born. Again, I'm not even a year old yet in human terms so I haven't witnessed one myself. Oh, and for the same reason we hibernate, being that we're small and frail, we don't live very long. Rarely has anyone lived over two years."

(dw bestie, i love me a good info dump) "I see..." Her ears flattened in a subtle show of disappointment. "Er... then what about other fae folk? Would you happen to know anything about them?"

"Nah, it's fine. I would say that the tree my wings are from just had abnormally thin blossoms, but I'm the only one I know with this problem so I can't quite say. Still sucks though."

Sucrose is completely lost on this, not knowing much about the ever elusive fairies at all. Whatever references the library had all commented on their mischievous nature, or their inability to lie and such. Not much to go on for their origins and culture.

“Sorry to ask,” she laughs sheepishly, “but do you mind, maybe, telling me about fairy customs and such? Like how you're born, or maybe some holidays— those things. I don't really know much about your kind...”

"I don't mind. Of course, i break my wings very often, but that's not because that's the standard for faires, that's just because my wings are way thinner than they should be and sometimes I don't let them properly heal all the way..." the little fairy sat cross-legged, resting her elbows on her legs and her head on her hands.

"So your wings breaking often is abnormal for most fairies? Interesting..." Sucrose mused to herself, resuming her trip on the familiar road back to Mondstadt. “Why are your wings thinner than most? Some sort of genetic mutation?” She asked.

“Oh, or is that too personal a question? I'm sorry.” She apologized, worried that she may have overstepped her boundaries.

"i can't fly....my wing got snagged on a branch and ripped....I don't have any medical supplies with me right now, but I can find some I guess. can you take me to the city, at least?" her wing fluttered again, causing her to wince once more.

"the ONE time I leave without bandages and I immediately get injured.." she mutters under her breath, twirling a piece of hair around her tiny finger.

"O-oh, I see..." She let out a sigh of relief. "If it's just bringing you to Mondstadt for medical supplies, I can do that."

"So... breaking wings is normal for you?" She asked. "Ah! I don't mean to pry... I just have some questions... This is my first time meeting a fairy, you see. Would it be alright if I ask you some questions on the way to Mondstadt?"

(Take a fairy! I did kinda have to make the setting, but oh well)

A wounded creature with cherry blossom petals for wings and small enough to use a thimble as a stool sat on the ground next to the dirt path to Mondstadt's city. A fairy. She sucked air in through her teeth, spotting a girl with mint green hair on her way back to Mondstadt.

"Uh- Person!" She called out, wincing in pain when her wounded wing fluttered on instincy. "Please, I- I need help!" She called out once more.

"Hm?" Sucrose stopped and looked around. "That's strange," she mused, scanning the vicinity for anyone. "I could've sworn someone was calling for—" Her words are left hanging in the air when she spots the little fairy sitting beside the path.

"A-are you alright?!" She asks, scooping her up in her hands. "Ah... what should I do? I've never met a fairy before! Much less an injured one!"

Sucrose darling, I'm sorry I'm haven't been building you; all these artifacts have terrible stats I don't even have a decent catalyst for you

"O-oh, please don't worry! I'm willing to wait for you until you can!"

Opinion on Jean, how about Lisa?

“I don't really like to admit this, but Acting Grandmaster Jean... she really intimidates me.” She murmurs, twiddling her fingers. “It's not that I dislike her or anything, it's just that she cimes off as so kind yet firm and strict that it sort of scares me...”

“Lisa's given me a lot of good advice for my research— despite me not telling her a thing about what exactly I'm working on...” She sighs and brings a hand under her chin, deep in thought. “To this day, I still have no idea how she finds out about it.”

Sucrose, adding you to my party was the best decision I ever made. Flawless, beautiful, splendid.

“Oh, thank you!” She gives you a pleased look and raises a foot to show off her boots. “I picked these out myself! I've heard stories from the Traveler about shoes that light up with each step you make, so I've been thinking about making adjustments...”

Is there an experiment I can help with?

“Oh! You're here to help out?” A smile appeared on her face and she immediately ushers you into her work place. “I was just about to reattempt another one of my older experiments. I've made adjustments as per Mr. Albedo's recommendations, but I'm sure that I'll do better thanks to you!”

What’s your favorite animal?

"Dogs make me nervous whenever they bark, so I'd have to say either cats or the birds that often visit the gardens near the Favonius Headquarters when no one's around."

Who’s your favorite party member?

"Hmm... if I had to say... someone I'm familiar with like the Traveler and Paimon. Their dynamics make it easy for me to be more relaxed and they always make sure to look out for me when we're out adventuring."
