I don’t need to think that. I have been told that. My DNA is specifically alien mixed with hedgehog, but no one would ever refer to me as that. I am a monster in the eyes of the world, both for my actions and what I was ‘born' as.

Hmph. In my zone, you are a world hero. Known for the good you have done, for saving cities from gods, the planet from a monster and a canon and pulling the pieces of the planet back together after a god shattered it.
He is a hero… I am a monster. I’m sorry, blue hedgehog, but I do not count as ‘everyone else’. I am not a being, I’m a weapon and I must wait until I am of use again.

I am legally their property, my actions have consequences, and they can be prosecuted for my actions. It is in their best interest to keep me on a strict leash.
I cannot go about my duty the way I wish, the way you do, as my name has long been defiled due to the Black Arms invasion. People do not trust my face as much as they trust yours, instead I can be used to benefit people in other ways through GUN.
Whilst all of their jobs do not rise to my duty, they are the military, they are out for the greater good. I can fight for that by their side, whilst also having them use me in their research to create new cures from my blood.
We all win. I be the weapon that I was commissioned to be for them and they stay out of trouble that are to do with my actions, I get to benefit the world in a minor way.
