Summer concert season was... the busiest time of the year. It was rewarding, yes. She loved seeing the smiles of every concert goer. She loved seeing the smiling faces of her classmates, yes. It was the reason she dedicated herself to playing, after all. But that didn’t make it any less tiring. Akamatsu was glad to be back on campus. She missed her classmates and her daily routine. She preferred being just a girl, rather than a pianist protege.

“Geez..,” she huffed as she roamed the campus halls, “Is everyone out having fun?” She was talking to herself. Fairly oblivious to the fact someone else might be around.

what ships do you have with kaede?

My ships for Kaede are with... Amami, Saihara, Maki, Miu, and a little with Kirumi. Kiibo and Kaede seem cute too. Objectively, Kaede probably has chemistry with most of the cast. But those are ones I’ve personally written, with the except of Kaede x Kirumi.

“Ryuji..!” she gasped, his name rolling off her lips out of surprise. Really, she shouldn’t have been surprised. At least not this much so. He was typically forward about many things. And she was the same. It was one of the ways they clicked easily. Even so, making such a declaration as that without hesitating.

Geez, it was just like him. Wasn’t it? That was one of the things she liked about him. It didn’t mean she wouldn’t be caught off guard by such genuine words. Kaede’s cheeks flushed. She lightly clapped her hands against her cheeks.

Get it together, Akamatsu!

“You can’t just say that without warning, you know..!” she huffed a bit childishly. Her expression softened into a warm smile. “But... I hear you, so, hehehe... Thank you.”

(If one looked closely, they might notice her smile turning rather coy. She absolutely heard the part about her butt. She was just sparing him. This time.)

Prompt: Monokuma somehow turned Kaede back into her six year old self with no memories of her current situation. The older Ultimates watch her.

“Wait..! Huh, wai--!” the pianist attempted to protest. What the hell kind of a motive was this? But... Kaede didn’t have much time to react, let alone try to warn the others. For a moment, everything was white. In the same way things tended to be overwhelming, when struck by a flashblack light.

Then... in the pianist’s place was a familiar looking child. A confused, lost child, for that matter.

“Uhm.... Huh?”

“Hm, looks like everyone’s pretty mature...”
