Born in Chicago, Jayden is the second oldest of triplets of Kang Family. Because of his father’s job he moved to different places since young until he landed in South Korea after his grandfather passed away. He’s currently managing and owning a clothing line called ‘JDxJDD’ (read :  jadexjaded) and working hard to building the offline store. He was offered to work for 2K by a friend to expand his portfolio, besides needing the money for the store and his upcoming plan to study in college.

Careful enough to survive the first half of her day stroll. Ellie wore a thick sunglasses and a mask to at least cover up her identity from the public. All along, she is confident that no one will recognize her, until a man suddenly approached the female idol. Ellie swore that her heart almost fell from her rib cage.

“Uh.” Her first respond was uncertainly, peaking at the man who is curious to her identity. “You are suspicious. How long have you been staring?” Initiating a longer conversation will probably bite her in the arse later, but the curious idol just couldn’t help it.

“For a while, I guess,” jayden rubbed his nape, feeling embarrassed. being honest was maybe not the best option, but since his business was on the verge of failing, jayden had to make quick moves. every second was significant. “I just thought that you have a good posture--it’s too bad that your face is hidden by that sunglasses, though,” he pointed at the accessory perched on her nose bridge. “I’m Jayden Kang, by the way. I own a clothing store,” he went straightforward, poking her hand with his card further.

  “If you got hit by a bus, though,” he chuckled, patting the other’s arm. “of course I don’t want it to happen to you. you have to die in cooler situation. like, on stage! with thousands of people watching you. while you’re playing your instruments, suddenly, a heart attack!” he pretended to play the guitar, then breaking out into a surprise look with a hand on his chest. “that would be cool. It was just not her day. Things hadn’t been going right for Dawon the entire day from the moment she woke up. She had been feeling a bit under the weather but due to the demands of the career and industry she was in she really couldn’t afford to be allowed a sick day. Especially since it was not too severe, just a cold perhaps or just something that she ate the night before made her stomach a bit weird. But she had a rough day, her voice wasn’t as great during performances and during the afternoon practice hours they had scheduled her voice was dying out as well. It didn’t help that the new dance routine or dance class that she had to take as part of her training wasn’t easy so it took a bit more toll on her body than she had expected.

Dawon was having one of the worse days and to top it all off she got into a bit of an argument with one of her group members over something small. She had left the dorm that night to sit on the roof to just be out of that atmosphere for a bit. She looked at her phone as tears brimmed her eyes and she wanted someone to talk to, the first person she thought of was Jayden.

She quickly dialed his number and waited for him to answer the phone as tears rolled down her cheeks. When she heard his voice on the other side of the line she tried to keep her voice normal as to not worry him but it was no use, her voice had cracked mid sentence that gave her away. “Oppa~” She sniffled, “A-Are you busy?”

if jayden could add another hour to one day rotation, he would do it and let the morning come later--or whenever he wished for it. the deadline of the clothes production was coming closer but he was still far from finishing the order. worrying his debt was another thing, because his brain had slowly lost its function due to lack of sleep. tonight it was only him and the chair again, while the staffs were taking some rests in another room. the table was full of finished products he was going to pact himself, but his arms became numb and jayden fell asleep on his seat, slouching with neck resting on the headrest. his mouth was wide open to breathe, and the dark circles under his eyes were apparent. his chest moving up and down lightly as if he finally had time for a good sleep even though it was uncomfortable.

his phone suddenly rang and jayden jolted on his chair. he spoke incoherent words while blindly looking for his phone under all the fabrics. once he found it, he pressed on the button to accept the call. “’Llo?--who dis?” his voice was all hoarse and tired. But when he heard the soft sniffle, jayden doubled checked on whose name displayed on the screen before he pressed the device against his ear. “Dawonnie? Is that you?...Are you crying?”

“i’ve just told you the most depressing story in human history and you’re asking if you should laugh.” hanhae deadpanned as he dropped his head into his hands. “do neither because they’d both be fake!” the bassist laughed softly as he reached over and punched the younger’s shoulder. “find some sympathy inside your bones and pray for me and my fate.”

“so dramatic!” jayden cracked up and rubbed the spot the other just hit. “but seriously, if you really got hit on by a bus, let me deliver the eulogy on your funeral, say--” he faked a sob, wiping off the non-existent tears. “‘he had been dreaming of getting hit on by a bus, and I’m glad he could fulfill his dream on the very last minute of his life. bad joke aside, he’s really a good musician.’”
