Currently the best options for tumblr porn exodus is twitter, mastodon, pixiv pillowfort, and… newgrounds (LOL). Also maybe the likes of pornhub, hentaifoundry, etc but I’ll be honest, none of these platforms are ideal.

a “federation of instances” which is their fancy way of saying it’s a group of small twitter-like servers loosely connected to each other, and each server has its own rules.
Pros: No nazis or alt-right people (they get banned), no politicians or celebrities, no ads, lots of queer people on there. allows NSFW and allows you to mark each post as NSFW so it’s behind a content warning. You can also hide text behind spoiler/content warnings. Due to its decentralized platform, porn can survive for a very long time.
Cons: extremely small user base, confusing for new people to understand navigation, hard to find people or content, VERY HIGH POTENTIAL for moderator drama. It’s similar to reddit or livejournal in that sense.
Pixiv

this is more like deviantart. I’m going to start uploading stuff here, but I need time to prepare. I just haven’t had the time to sit down and upload all my stuff yet. But you are totally free to follow me there.
Pros: allows NSFW when tagged. VERY easy to find art based on category and you can toggle between SFW and NSFW.
Cons: It’s recommended that NSFW things be censored in that flimsy black bar/mosaic way typical of japanese porn. Still, it has had one of the longest runs as a source of porn and will likely keep porn for a long time.
Pillowfort

It’s in beta and running off of donations, and you need to donate 5 dollars or get an invite in order to use the site. I don’t expect people to flock to pillowfort because of this, but it’s more like a place I might establish myself in the future.
Pros: Doesn’t have ads so will probably allow NSFW for a good while
Cons: If it doesn’t become free to register, it will never get a userbase big enough for artists to establish themselves. But if it becomes free, where will their revenue come from if not ads?

I mean… okaaay? I don’t know if my stuff really fits the culture of those sites since I tend to mix sfw/nsfw things in my series (eg Voluntary Feminization, the Handsome Lass, Bubblegum Lovers, etc) but I’ll do it if people ask me to (so far no one has asked). I noticed pornhub has some annoying pop-up ads typical of porn sites. HentaiFoundry has “image quality” requirements, whatever that means.
