CAFAB trans feels: No one warns u how ur gonna start looking like ur dad or brother when u start presenting male. It is weird.
shout out to trans millennials who got unrealistic expectations for gender fluidity and androgyny from watching anime growing up
Torn between not wanting to tell ppl I'm trans and not wanting them to assume I'm female by default #nonbinaryproblems
person: *refers to me with she/her pronouns*
me: who is she?
‘Do you have a dick?’ you ask.
I don’t have a dick, kid - I am a dick. A private dick. A gumshoe. A hawkshaw. A sleuth. I am The Eye That Never Sleeps.
workplace: *has training on using gender neutral language and respecting pronouns*
coworker shortly after: *calls me she/her*
me: *looks at my they/them pronouns pin* *looks at the camera like im in the office*
when u think about it ur deadname is really just the name of ur cissona
being closeted is just larping as ur cissona
when someone uses your deadname
Is it ok too make up your own gender neutral name when you can't find any that satisfy you?
Yeah totally. Make up a name, make up pronouns or whatever language you feel comfortable with. Considering the limited language and names out there, it makes sense for us to make our own when we can.

How do you know your gender? I am afab and always identified as a woman but thought of myself as more masculine.. now I don't really feel like anything but still, gender is a social construct.. so how do I know what it feels like to be a woman/man?
That’s the big unanswerable question. I know people who just do away with labels and just present the way they feel most comfortable. Honestly, I would just use whatever language is comfortable. There’s no one right way to be any gender.
Me: sees a cis or cis-passing person effortlessly walking down the street with the gender presentation and aesthetic I want for myself
Me: feels the trans envy (tm)
Where could I get a binder besides from online? Lately, I've been wanting one before my school year starts but I have no idea where to get one.
I’m honestly not sure. I know you can get sports bras at sports stores, and if you have small breasts, these can actually work pretty well, especially if you wear layers. If other people would like to make suggestions please do. In general, finding them online is probably a lot easier. Some companies offer discreet packaging if you’re worried about your parents finding out what it is.
Me: *presenting masculine*
Random person: Ma'am
Me: *not presenting masculine*
Random person: Sir
So I'm afab and I identify as agender, but I found out that I like girls before I found out that I was agender. And sometimes I feel slightly more feminine or masculine. So I've accustomed to calling myself gay. Can I still identify as gay?
I think you definitely can identify as gay. You can also identify as lesbian, if you are comfortable with that term/identify with that term.
