Simply put:

You cannot put a application for requests when a inbox is closed, this is how you get blocked by people.

We are getting a lot of shit for this but you will get blocked if you get pissy when you try to request while it is closed. You cannot make reservations for when it is open again, because, frankly, I do not care. I am doing this for free because it is a hobby of ours.
