He owns an ice cream shop where he usually is and loves to hand out free samples.  no matter if it's good for business or not. 

He loves to use his powers to keep the ice cream cold.

Jack frost was eating one of his ice cream cones while he was on a walk away from his shop when the other walked up to him.  He smiled at her and nodded. “I love making new friends sure”  He took a few licks from his cone then gestured back toward his shop.  “Want to get some ice cream?”
