-Carlos knocked on the door to their shared bedroom with a big cheesy grin, the smell of his best cologne permiated the door, it was there but not overwhelmingly pungent. Enough to be pleasent even to the sensitive nose. He gently slipped something into his pocket before he opened the door. -

Hey love, I made us a reservation at an italian resturaunt down the way. Wanted to surprise you with a fun little date night. You up for it?

-Carlos wore a very flattering turtleneck and trimmed his beard a little. He looked more put together than usual, his fluffy hair was actually tamed today.-

Leon looked up and his breath caught in his throat

"Wow, you look amazing, honey! Yeah, just- uhm- let me get some better clothes on first."

He stumbles to their closet and tries to throw together something halfway decent, ending up with a navy button up, black slacks and a subtle silver chain necklace resting on his collarbones. He can't keep his tail from wagging as he takes his lover's hand to be led out to their car

-Carlos gave the other a gentle kiss before opening leon's door. He stared adoringly before getting in the drivers seat. He took a deep breath-

You look amazing, you know that? Prettiest man alive. Ever.

-He silently thought words over as he drove, he prided himself on being suave but he was still very nervous-

Leon giggled at the compliment. As nervous as Carlos might have been, Leon was 10 times more. He bounced his leg through the whole car ride.

-noticing Leon's leg bouncing he gently plaxed a hand on leon's knee his smile turned gentle and reassuring-

We're almost there,

Leon smiled back and put his own hand over Carlos'

They pulled into the parking lot and as they got out of their car, Leon took his boyfriend's hand to be led inside. God, Carlos had never looked so good...

Akumu called Leon over a few minutes ago with the warning that Wesker was her and that he is chill now. They have Arietta with them and she is scared and confused out of her mind and Arias is gone. It doesn't take long for him to show up at their house and see the situation. Arietta is clinging to Wesker while she also refuses to let Akumu walk more than ten feet away from her. She is shaking and there are black veins all over her hands and face. She recently figured out that Akumu isn't a danger to her but now she won't let him leave. Leon was called over to try and help make food and tidy up from all of the movement and the rush and such of Arietta being taken.

Leon lets himself in with his spare key, and the scene that greets him makes his floppy ears and fluffy tail droop. The poor baby, she looked so scared...

After greeting Akumu and introducing himself to Wesker, he softly coos at Arietta

"Hi, baby, its me. It's Leon, your grandpa. You're okay, honey. Wesker has you, you're safe now."

She looks up at him before she shaking tail shoots out and wraps around him before pulling him into the other two tightly. She hasn't let Akumu go since he explained that he wouldn't hurt her and once Wesker came back she went right back to clinging to him. She is barely processing anything from how much she is trying to think and understand. Saddler was being honest but so was Akumu and Saddler said that her family was dangerous but Akumu said they weren't. She doesn't know what to believe or who to believe so she continues to stay in Wesker's lap with a black tendril wrapped around Akumu and her tail around Leon to keep them all close like her instincts want.

Leon's ears flatten slightly at being so close to a stranger, and other people in general, but he pushes past the discomfort for the baby's sake.
