Odds of your vote changing the outcome of the 2020 election, by state.
Living in Missouri, I'm 20 to 106 times more likely to win the lottery than my vote for the smartest idiot politician to count. (http://www.molottery.com/lotto/understanding_chances.jsp)

Point about EMS and Covid.
We are already short staffed. We cannot quarantine each employee when they have had a possible exposure, we can't even quarantine our employees when actual exposures unless they were not wearing ppe/got sprayed by the positive patient.
It sucks, yeah, I've been exposed over 40 times right now and have learned to deal with and wear proper ppe. This last one sucks though, dude was asymptomatic until after the interaction. So I get tested again. Lady at the testing station tells me I can't go back to work (I got tested while working, like, literally had my AEMT drive the ambulance through the line) and I scoffed and she got real serious until I explained to her that, for my county of 80k people we have 60 full-time employees and 18 part-time employees (that are full-time in other services and cannot always be called in) and we do not have the option to call out just for exposure. She wasn't happy with that answer.
The truth sucks. You fuckers aren't protecting yourselves or others and we are working harder to keep up with demand. This is economics. You've created a demand of skilled healthcare workers and we don't have the fucking supply.
Fuck off and do your fucking part, America.
