I’m interested but don’t have an opinion yet...
How can I proceed now, I said, without a self, weightless and visionlesss, through a world weightless, without illusion?

What you remember saves you.

What does “commit thy works” to the Lord mean?? Proverbs 16:3 KJV King James Version 3Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.
How is “commit” defined?
1 : carry out or perpetrate (a mistake, crime, or immoral act): he committed an uncharacteristic error. 2 : pledge or bind (a person or an organization) to a certain course or policy: they were reluctant to commit themselves to an opinion | the treaty commits each party to defend the other | try it out before you commit to a purchase. • pledge or set aside (resources) for future use: manufacturers will have to commit substantial funds to developing new engines. • (be committed to) be in a long-term emotional relationship with (someone). • (be committed to) be dedicated to (something): we must be committed to peace. 3: send, entrust, or consign, in particular
Can’t be number 1 because God isn’t immoral or capable of error.
2 Pledge or Bind
More #2, to pledge my work TO the Lord. A pledge is
1 a solemn promise or undertaking: [with infinitive] : the conference ended with a joint pledge to limit pollution. • a promise of a donation to charity: the company's pledge of 10% of profits to environmental concerns. • (the pledge) a solemn undertaking to abstain from alcohol: she persuaded Arthur to take the pledge. 2 Law a thing that is given as security for the fulfillment of a contract or the payment of a debt and is liable to forfeiture in the event of failure.
So, when I pledge I promise solemnly. Also, in #2, I would give my work to God as a gift, as security, as a deposit for safekeeping? This is similar to #3, to “entrust” my work, to consign it to Him.
When I commit it’s - I take the first step - Make the first cut - hammer the first nail
To commit is to make a DECISION and ACT. To commit is to paddle with all my might without holding back, without hesitating, and taking off on the drop.
To bind (see #2) my work, is to tie my work to God.
OUTCOME:
thoughts shall be established My thoughts will be firmly planted. My thoughts will be focused. My thoughts will take root and flourish. Established like a new plant or animal in a new environment. Tentative steps early on, some miscues, some loss, but then ESTABLISHED.
Committing my work to God really is about ME making a decision, acting on that decision FULLY, entrusting it God in a serious, deliberate manner. If I’m able to do that my THOUGHTS will be established.
“Criticism is something you can easily avoid by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing.” ~Aristotle
Of utmost importance to the well-being of children is whether their parents were married, the nature and duration of the marriage, and, more broadly, the culture and expectations of marriage and child care where they live. Two scholars of the family explain: “Throughout history, marriage has first and foremost been an institution for procreation and raising children. It has provided the cultural tie that seeks to connect the father to his children by binding him to the mother of his children. Yet in recent times, children have increasingly been pushed from center stage.” A Harvard law professor describes the current law and attitude toward marriage and divorce: “The [current] American story about marriage, as told in the law and in much popular literature, goes something like this: marriage is a relationship that exists primarily for the fulfillment of the individual spouses. If it ceases to perform this function, no one is to blame and either spouse may terminate it at will. … Children hardly appear in the story; at most they are rather shadowy characters in the background.”

I'm going to do the 7min max burpees and check my numbers. My WORST exercise (after handstand pushups after muscle ups). Should be an interesting one.
