okay so hear me out!!!

they released these new promotional images of the characters playing soccer (probably for the world cup idk) and I remembered this interview with Horikoshi where he says that Katsuki wouldn't like the boxing rules very much and I ended up thinking about a sports AU.

Katsuki would probably be that athlete who's always getting red and yellow cards, the kind who's in the news as a rebel, who argues with the arbiter and the coach has to calm him down on the bench.

It's funny to think that despite being a big nerd, he doesn't like to follow scripts, so like almost everything he sets out to do, he would probably be a very good and promising athlete, but his hot temper would be a problem hahaha.

Regarding Shouto... well, he would be perfect. Imagine a player with that appearance and professional skills, he would level up quickly, the international darling, several teams wanting to buy him and many brands wanting to do advertising. A handsome guy who's good at soccer?? Brands love that! Besides, he's very kind and charismatic, his interviews would be a success. He wasn't going to step out of the spotlight easily.
