Any tips for beginner artists?

my best and most valuable tip is STOP COMPARING YOUR WORK TO OTHERS!!! i did (and still do) that a lot and ended up losing my love for drawing for a WHILE. second best tip is practice. draw the same thing a buncha times, dont take warmup for granted (it helps a lot). try to understand how something works in real life before drawing it (i.e. how the arm bends, what muscles tense and relax when the arm rotates, etc).

another thing that really helps me is receiving and giving feedback. teaching and learning together with other people. also knowing my inspirations well and *their* inspirations too.
