i'm going on a 2 day festival trip where i'm gonna be drinking a lot and my plan was to make a batch of brownies and then take a few with me so i can get my calorie intake from those so then i dont have to worry about drinking on an empty stomach AND what i'm gonna eat during the trip. is this a good idea or will i gain too much? if i'm eating like 300 cals worth of brownies per day and then drinking a little bit then its not that bad right?? i'll try to stay under 1000 cals but if anyone has any other suggestions PLEAASEEE tell me

tbf ive been fasting a lot and eaten less than 1000 cals everyday so i think its better if i have something bigger today

ate a cucumber tuna salad today and i made this low cal cookie dough but its lowkey too sweet and tasted like shit so i ended up eating half of it which makes this day like 700cals?? idfk i havent been bothered to count properly. im gonna hit the gym again now and then fast until tomorrow evening

i used the gyms scale and then after that i went and bought a new one so problem solved! it was pretty cheap tho so i'm hoping it wont break and actually shows accurate results. been fasting for over 15 hours but im gonna go have some soup and bread
ugh i need to stop with the weight logging until i find a way to weigh myself accurately cuz why is it first showing me 2kg differences and then suddenly 20kg differences??? lmao
