It was very uneasy the whole night. I used hot pack the whole night. Next day I used a belt to do my routine activities. Whole day I used the belt and hot pack to support my back. In the evening I logged in for Kalpataru meditation. It was not very comfortable feeling but I decided to just sit. When Swamiji audio started saying “write on a piece of paper the reality to want to manifest. “ I grabbed the book and wrote “ I want my lower back to be healed” Audio said “complete with your incompletions “ The thoughts came to my mind. “ I got hurt just yesterday. It will take few days to feel better. Am I expecting too much today? Is it really possible? Then I told to myself. I want to feel better. That’s all. I am dropping all these doubts and just sit. I am going to focus on what I want and I will take the responsibility to feel better. I consciously made myself to sit straight. I sat in vajrasan for sometime and then changed to gomukhasan because it felt better to sit in that position and end of the session to my surprise I was able to sit straight without any pain and later I even went for a walk.
