What do you mean by writer hierarchy on your Twitter?

there’s certain writers in the kaisoo ficdom that are very popular and tend to “outshine” any other writer that has a following not as broad/big; this makes joining fests particularly discouraging because as soon as reveals come, no one pays much attention to any of the other writers if one of the “top kaisoo writers” joins. Even if a “smaller” writers fic receives a lot or even more attention and praise than a “big writers” during the anonymous/posting period, that suddenly doesn’t matter and no one cares anymore because the fic they liked so much wasn’t written by someone of their “big writers” favorites list, they then direct all their praise towards said “big writer” during reveals. Make sense?
