Slowly my legs are getting bigger. Hard to tell with black leggings on. I've been working legs out 3 times a week. My workout for this day was a focus on glutes. Deadlift -5sets x 15 reps Romanian squats -4 x 15-20 reps Lunges on smith machine 2 x 15 on each side Calf raises on smith machine 3 x 10 both legs and one leg
I worry too much about others feelings and if I am being too mean or not kind enough. I need to focus on myself and love myself more instead of worrying about others. Stop trying to impress others who have no interest in you. Love yourself first and the rest will come. YOU are the most IMPORTANT person in this entire world. Your feelings come first always remember that. Look in the mirror and remind yourself I am strong ass person and I can get through anything
Something to think about
LISTEN to me…you will lose people– you will lose people prematurely. People will hurt you and betray you and leave you feeling as if they looked at you as something that was so easily disposable. They will leave your heart aching and chest feeling like there is a gaping hole. Continue to move forward. The sense of empowerment and strength and energy and light that follows after a time of intense pain is unlike anything I have ever encountered. You will be overwhelmed with how much love and light you want to spread. I know it sounds contradictory. But trust me on this. It will come and you will be so thankful for the fact you were forced to be alone with yourself and learn all that you have to offer and all the potential you have…

Today I finally have had a enough with being a door mat. My type of personality is that if someone wrongs me I easily forgive them and move on about my day. I do not speak my mind very often and when I do speak my mind I can never find the right words and it always comes out in a jumble. Today someone was rude to me when I did not do any wrong towards them. First off that proves my theory that the world is full of mean nasty people (which everyone pretty much already knows) and second it proves that I need to grow some balls and stand up for myself. If I don’t stand up for myself no one else will. I am so tired of getting my feelings hurt and not defending myself and staying in the little bubble that I am so comfortable within. Moral of the story is that no one should allow themselves to become a door mat. If someone offends you, is rude to you, or takes you for granted, stand up for yourself! I need to put my feelings first and not worry about others feelings so much. My well being is more important that anything in this cruel world. Remember to love yourself enough to know your worth.
