Kevin obviously chooses exactly when he wants to be seen by whom, in my opinion there are two different approaches. One are the fan selfies on Instagram, the other are the public appearances, the Boxer and now the book launch. The message in the Selfies is that he is well, he is happy with and about fans and friends, that he just lives his life. The Boxer and now the book launch show the other side, how deeply hurt and offended he is. It's definitely no coincidence that he showed interest in this particular book.

The recurring stupid question of whether he is planning a comeback only shows how little they understand why he shows himself. Nobody knows what the future holds and if Kevin should plan something, we will only know it when he thinks it’s time. At the moment he is obviously interested in something else.

It must be dreadful for him not to be able to defend himself publicly. He has no way to tell his side of the story or get his honor back. Giving an interview would be a bad mistake. You could say that this is probably not important to him because he can evade it. But wouldn't that be superhuman? I can't really imagine that he doesn't inform himself what is going on in the SM. Even if he acknowledges his mistakes, this complete destruction, demonization and denial of the right to fairness must hurt. That’s not new, we have discussed it for 2 years. But for me it becomes more tangible again. I would be very interested to know if he could be supported in any way, in a way he notices (he surely doesn’t read tumblr and is not interested in my opinion, I’m not delusional).

After reading this and with my knowledge about the court case documents and what's in it, I'm more and more convinced that this case was sh*t. She had only one agenda. And the case would have crumbled away in front of a mediator and at trial.

And although I feel sympathy for John Doe's family, this statement made me feel like:

Is it possible to include even more adjectives in a press release than what happened here? I don't think so. As heartbreaking and melodramatic as this is written, you realize it's just a game for the lawyers. It's about money and victory in a game, nothing else.

Fact is that with the announcement of the death a period of 90 days has begun. The plaintiff's lawyer wanted to gain time and that didn't work. There are just rules in the game, which the lawmakers have enacted. Just because she doesn't like the rules, she doesn't have to lament. Lady, grow up. It was Spacey's right to report it to the court, even defendants have rights.

The statement is emphatically emotional and tries to manipulate the reader, even quite clumsy. The alleged victim is stylized as a hero and an attempt is made to protect him from questioning. Obvious questions, such as whether he was active as a therapeutic or erotic masseur, are to be blocked. The man is dead, so taboo?
