I consider myself to be more spiritual than religious, and am certainly not even a little bit catholic but holding this makes me feel so serene. I bought this yesterday and I ended up feeling super uncomfortable for a minute but was able to get back to myself by holding this. That is all.

I made this coleslaw (apples, kohlrabi, apple cider vinegar, whole seed mustard, red cabbage) in a latest of anxiety cooking missions at 2 am in the morning. I've also made a pesto, a raw vegan tomato sauce, almond butter from scratch, and have 2 jars of sauerkraut on the way....somebody HALP #kaleyourself

On the latest installment of "Eat what's on hand" Kelp noodles on spinach, tomato sauce from scratch, pesto from scratch, Avocado and...that's it. There's a lot of color...it's mostly raw. #kaleyourself #eatwhatsinyourdamnhouse

That was a level of brutal. My mom got swept...HAPPILY. I got sprayed directly in the face by tiny rocks and sand and I cannot begin to even.
