Arms are starting to fill in, especially my deltoid!! I’m so excited about this. I’ve noticed that the workouts I’m doing now are helping my muscle strength outside of crossfit and in work. Trays are easier to manipulate and it’s great.
I did today’s WOD completely Rx, and all I can say is it’s getting easier to do the workout as prescribed. I completed 9 rounds with 4 completed reps. Pretty happy with my performance, but I know I could’ve pushed myself harder.

12 days of thankfulness (yesterday’s wod) got my bra to make a rather not nice bruise on my back. But I thought I looked cool and that’s what matters
Thanksgiving wod away from my home gym. This was my first real gym to me, and I don’t think I can ever love a box more than this. I am very thankful for this second family. Also this wod was kickass and I came in at 52:27 .

was slacking all of this week so I’m picking it up this weekend. // The WOD I did was great. I did 150 m instead of 100, and it took me 15 minutes to complete. I also did an 8 minute interval (20-10) on the assault bike. And then 4 minutes of rope slams (idk what to call them) with the same intervals as the bike. Did some ab work.

LOVE MY NEW SHIRT!!! /// Took some time off this week, so now I’m going to make up for it today (oh boy). I’m thinking 30 minutes on a row since my hands are finally healing and then some ring rows and some dips but we’ll see.
found out they’re moving up my ship date for navy I’m so stoked yet so scared and yep — Also doubling up my workout tonight. I’m not sure what they’ll be but on will be cardio intensive the other will focus on strength. +feeling v body posi today
