MCYTBLR Aufest is looking for Artists! If you draw or paint, digitally or traditionally, we would love to match you up with a MCYT AU to make something together. If you can make a finished piece inspired by an author's work in one month, come join us! Our writers have been working hard to write their fics, and now at the halfway point of their draft, they're signing up to be matched with artists. We have 30 aus and 12 different fandoms represented so far, with ranges between 5k and 50k, everything from horror to historical to doctor who to modern setting, and three days of writer signups and lots of aus still to to be submitted. We are calling all artists— come join us!

To be matched with an AU, this coming weekend you'll be provided with a list of every available fic. You'll then submit a list of each fic that you'd be interested in, and we will then machine match to make sure that everyone is paired into teams as efficiently as possible. You'll then connect with your author, get to read the draft as it exists now, and work towards completing a piece as your author finishes their work! Then at the end of august everyone will post together in a big Bang of content for MCYT.

To get ready for artist claims this weekend, you can join the discord here. Then you'll get to hang out, ask questions of the mods, and wait for pitches to drop on Friday. We'd love to have you join us!

I chose the opening of Decked Out 2 for my favorite Hermitcraft event. I was there for the 8 hour live stream, and it was the best thing I've ever been a part of. There's a bonus Etho, Pearl, and Cub as the dungeon runners!

I'm still really tired, and I'm currently going through the process of moving into a new house. It's not fun with my chronic issues, but I'll still do HADM even if it's just a sketch.

Today is a chalk entry! I needed to go out and get some sun, so I started doing some chalk drawings and figured that with my abundance of the stuff, this would be a good opportunity to do my daily entry! The lighting is kinda iffy due to the sun BUT I like how it turned out!
