Brooklyn nine nine is a complex woke sitcom and it deserved so much better. It had 3 female leads, in which 2 are Latinas and one is bisexual. It had 2 black guys in which one is proudly gay. It had 4 other white guys who defy the norms of what a man should do and/or act, therefore crushing the stereotypical toxic masculinity, especially for cops. And it has a Jewish female who is a working mother and is so funny and cool. This show not only was extremely funny, but also was used as a platform discussing various real life issues varying from the bad treatment of trans people in jail to double standards. You name it, they have it. And yet, Fox still decided to cancel it, despite it being one of the best shows out there right now. Brooklyn nine nine was my current favourite show that I could always find my happiness and comfort in, and it will forever be a part of my life. Thank you @ everyone who made it happen, you have no idea how many lives you touched, mine included.

i wish some poc parents would swallow their pride and get professional mental help instead of dragging their sons, daughters and spouses in their misery
when you listen to a song you used to listen to ages ago and you get that weird as fuck spine chilling feeling as you remember how your life was at that point in time
