Our team has been contacted by an entity claiming copyright over the translation we are doing. They went as far as to send a notarized letter via our email. It appears this "tls1234" is being represented by a small but powerful Corporation...(Though, the heading on the attached digital letter says they're a Company?) They've threatened legal action if we don't post a translated fragment of their story that focuses on the "self-proclaimed genius author". We're not looking to step on any toes, so we'll be fulfilling their demands shortly. We've already emailed them back to let them know we'll follow their demands.

Major Character Name Correction

Our team has been and will continue to use the "old" versions of the relevant major characters' names in our fan translation (see FAQ for why), because phonetically the names are said the same as they're spelled, even if the spelling wasn't quite standardized.

However, we need to change Shin Yoosung's name because "Yoosung" is a misspelling of her name. Her actual name is spelled "Yooseung" (following the "old" version of spelling it).

"Shin Yoosung" in Korean is 신유승 (Shin Yuseung) with ㅡ, but it's romanized as if it was 한수영 (Han Suyeong, the standardized spelling of Han Sooyoung) with ㅕ.

In Korean, these two sounds are not the same, so phonetically it is also incorrect. As such, we will be using the correct spelling of her name while still following the older formatting.

As always, we will put the standarized alternate way of spelling her name in a footnote at the first instance of her name for those who wish to mass change the name. We will also explain in the footnote why it is not "Shin Yoosung" like the fandom is used to.
