you never know what someone is going through. for instance i didnt know i was going through anything until about 2 years later. i thought i was just chilling

i find it pretty hilarious that my manager pulled me and another coworker to the bak today to talk, because said coworker basically felt “offended” that i barely communicated with her while our manager was away.

we’re both supervisors. and im the main opener. she’s always the mid but expects me to do her job for her. so like, if you’re not going to take initiative to run the floor when you’re supposed to & just let it fall on me, why should i communicate what my game plan is to you? why do i have to communicate my every move to you, if you don’t want to be doing your job?

and also that she prides herself in telling people “how it is” but doesn’t have the balls to tell me to my face, she just has to run to our manager makes me cackle. i can’t wait to leave this location & all its stupid drama. literally no one ever wants to do their job & im the asshole for calling them out on it. 😂 make it make sense.
