This is a porcelain cup with a triangular base and a triangular pattern.

Dimensions: Cup 7 cm (2.8”) high, Plate 13x12x1,5 cm (5.1×4.7×0.6”) Cup holds 270 ml (9 oz)

Last couple of months were a very important time for development of my ceramics.

I started working in the studio at Via Paolo Ferrari 94 in Modena. I focus on porcelain Triangle series development (the saucers took me 6 months to perfect!) with new patterns. I continue creating aloe bianca and to try with new designs and artpieces. It was a months of stocking everything in boxes waiting for firing… Until my new ceramic kiln arrived!

With months of work and new kiln I prepared for my first exhibition in Italy, which will be shown at SolimeneArt in Cava de’Tirreni (Salerno) between 26.05-23.06.2018.

I look forward to communicate progress of “Karolina Bednorz Ceramics”! Keep posted!

While I was visiting a Roman theatre last week in Volterra, Toscany 👍, I remembered my first #tableware project: a plate with a "staircase". My #aloebianca is a #tableware designed to enjoy eating! The idea is to invite human hands to reach for the food. Projects embrances two sides of porcelain: useful vessel and beauty of a sculpture form, worth exposing on a table during aperitivo or party.
