The fun thing about smart swapping foods and volume eating is you can look like a "normal eater" while under eating. Unfortunately, I like alone so it doesn't fucking matter. And there's also no one to stop me from binging...

Breakfast (289): melon, ham, egg beaters omelette with whipped cream cheese/mushroom/basil/ham, light toast with whipped cream cheese/guava spread, almond milk latte

Lunch (168): cucumber, tuna, fat free greek yogurt, hot sauce

Snacks: yogurt (80): zero sodas, sugar free fun dip - monk fruit sweetener and sugar free drink mix eaten by licking a spoon (10)

Dinner (241): salad with arugula/avocado/cucumber/tomato/dill/balsamic, air fried polenta pieces, fat free yogurt/lemon/hot sauce dip

Dessert (30): espresso light hot cocoa

Did my 2000 c4l cap today instead of Friday because apparently I'm really fucking hungry. Kept active as normal. Killer leg day. No b/p or c/s.

Started the day with chocolate and pepitas (70)

Breakfast (243): cinnamon apple sourdough toast with lowfat cottage cheese, honey, olive oil, salt, red pepper flakes, and coffee with almond milk - delightful if a bit scary oooooo oil

Snacks: coffee candy (30), apple (65), homemade protein scotchie bar (174), energy drink (50)

Lunch (179): light bread sandwich with applewood smoked ham, pizza cream cheese, and cucumber

Cookie x 2 (520)

Dinner (290): tofu scramble w/ onion, beans, corn, tomato, cilantro, greek yog, hot sauce - will eat versions of this dinner on repeat

Dessert (252): light and fit yogurt with soaked graham crackers (10/10 will make again) and dark chocolate

Late night snack (155): protein hot cocoa and more dark chocolate

Once again eating in a more "normal" calorie deficit today as to not b!ng3. Hungry but trying my best to just be consistent and maintain my energy levels at work.

Crazy because there was a time for me while tracking and in a calorie deficit where this would still have been considered a light day of eating. And another time where I would have considered anything over 1250 or even 1000 a b!ng3. At both stages I was averaging about the same weight (my lowest average). Shit's wild.

Started the day with some pepitas and dark chocolate (70)

Breakfast (191): mango sticky rice inspired oats - oatmeal with coconut flavor and spices mixed with fat free Greek yog, topped with mango, and coffee with almond milk

Snacks: apple (65), energy drink (15), ginger candies (30), one weird marshmallow (25)

Lunch (176): light bread sandwich with rosemary ham, mustard aioli, and cucumber

So today was better than yesterday. Quite snackish but not b1ng3-y

Yesterday I ended up eating about 1528 cal. Ate 1248 by around noon (healthy-ish but feeling b!ng3-y), and was just gonna call that my intake. Planned to go ice skating in the afternoon but felt bloated after eating 2 protein bars so i pVrg3d. Came back from skating and c/s'd chocolate. Ordered insomnia cookies, ate the ice cream (280) and c/s'd the cookies).

Breakfast (254): light toast with avocado/cottage cheese mash and hot sauce, pizza cream cheese spread/ham, some tomatoes, and almond milk lavender latte

Apple (65), yogurt (80), ginger candies (60), coffee candies (60)

Lunch (174): homemade low sugar/high protein sweet potato oatmeal scotchie bars
