Aaa the agonizing feeling of life has no meaning after you finish a long book series, what am I to do with myself now

#finished erha and it was… everything #honestly I can fully 100% understand why people reread it often #there’s so much it has to say and it’s a series that feels so unabashedly itself the author really outdid herself #I think this is a series that as painful as it is I’ll have to reread in full at some point to take everything in #but for now I’m chilling in the extras that I’ll probably read a million time again and again because I can’t let these characters go

Ok I HAVE to say this somewhere but I’m reading misvil and if the author describes yue wuhuan after arriving at the valley as preferring to put his hair up and wearing green robes that cover all the way up to his neck… WHY does everyone draw him with lose bright red robes still and his hair down???!!?!!?!?! I haven’t seen one description since his arrival to the valley as anything like that

#I mean I’m still only in book one but even still #all the interior art shows him dressed like such and it’s like where tf did you get that idea from here #he only dressed like that in the opening chapters for obvious reasons and he very much doesn’t like being seen that way anymore #but like I said I’m only on the first book and it could very well change but idk it just baffles me #in a book about a character who’s very conscious about not being seen as sensual or promiscuous everyone seems to draw him when he was #presented as such #maybe I’ll be proven wrong and I misjudged we’ll see #maybe my reading comprehension isn’t up to par here idk #I’m frustrated if you couldn’t tell agdkshd

Ok genuinely how did anybody make it thru vol 9, this is so incredibly agonizing my head hurts from crying

#I’m only 30% of the way thru help me #my kindle says I still have like 5 hours left of reading I might just end it all #idek what else to say I’m just sad and it all hurts and I have a headache and I want to cry more #I still have one more volume of this before main story ends #I’m so tired

#glad to know that I’ll have the rest of the week off after tomorrow to finish it and cry out of pure despair #I would 1000% recommend this series to anyone who doesn’t mind reading graphic scenes #pls join my suffering #also jiang xi is funny af literally a saving grace in vol 8 #I don’t think my mental could actually handle reading all of that without his commentary

Omg the book that sent me into a huge depressive episode is getting released in English this year, im really gonna have to finish it huh

#I’m still only like 60% of the way thru I never finished it I couldn’t do it #don’t mistake that as a dnf bc it’s not #just hard to be in the right headspace for a story like that one #i also have to finish erha too oh BROTHER

WAOUGH I LOVE WHEN THE GAME IS NICE TO ME WAAAAAAAA

#I was good and saved up all my exploration and daily primos since I was pretty far into pity #SHES SO CUUUUUUUUUUTE AAAAAAAAA I love her whimsy #legit might be one of my favorite characters yet #also got like every 4 star in existence leading up to her bruh HAHAHA #don’t know if I should pull for her weapon tho or just give her my skyward atlas

Ok I think I can retire the game now, this is enough

#I don’t know what to say to this whole ending #I cried for nearly the entire part of this subset of narzissenkreuz quests #not to be a Fontaine glazer but I will be for just a sec LOL this is genuinely one of the best set of quests in the whole game #even over the archon quests and if I’m including those then dare I say better #and I truly don’t know if I’d consider it a blessing or a curse that these are locked behind optional world quests instead of being pushed #to archon quests #I think the fact that nearly every single quest in Fontaine leads to this adds so so so much to it #or maybe not leads to it but it’s all connected and you start to realize how beautifully dreadful so much of fontaines history is #idk I’ve put finishing this questline off for so long and when i started continuing it and remembering all the horrid things you learn #and the absolutely heartbreaking quest that was elynas #I think Fontaine could go on the list of things I’d take brain dmg for to experience for the first time again

One of those days where the slightest mistakes and minor inconveniences makes me feel like the worst person in existence and that the world is going to end, genuinely what is wrong w me today lmao

#I need to find another book asap to get lost in so I can stop thinking so much #was gonna get dark for a second but I don’t want anyone who happens upon this post to worry #bc im not 100% serious im just frustrated lol
