I can’t remember the last time everyone was in the same room and getting along just so well. Wonderful, isn’t it? This sense of unity.

Glad I have someone I can count on. I am already hard at work thinking of ways to get our revenge. I could always host the next event and poison the food. Our problem would be solved.

I second that notion. I don’t plan on halting any of my party plans, so there should be no absence of good times.  If we’re being honest, I doubt any of us actually enjoys any of these other parties, anyways. It’s okay. It’s certainly not your fault. I knew it was coming at some point, and to be honest, I have bigger fish to fry right now. First of all, there’s the matter of the other family businesses. As Master of Finances, I am rather concerned. There’s also the rather distressing news regarding my uncle and your father. Any clue as to his whereabouts tonight?

After that, I am going to find my father, and see what his next move is. You’re right, tonight has already been bad enough. I don’t like that we haven’t heard a thing from him, but we shouldn’t jump to conclusions just yet.”

Katarina nodded at Vanessa’s words. “That’s not a bad idea. I don’t know what comes next, but we should all be ready. If that means taking some time away beforehand, then by all means, do that. I know my father will have something up his sleeve, and whatever it is shall be revealed soon.”

I sent someone over to his home to check on him, and I’m sure others have done the same. It shouldn’t be long before we hear some sort of news, good or bad.”

Not by a long shot. I didn’t even want to be here tonight, but I have to keep up appearances. I only stepped outside to take a phone call, but I may stay here a bit longer. Things are much more peaceful outside.
