Yes, he does! And in my humble opinion, the voice of Ilya Bledny, one of my favorite Russian voice actors, suits him perfectly! Ilya has an extraordinary voice that combines gambling fervor with notes of mystery and a certain threat that may (or may not) be represented by the character speaking in his voice.

Here is the example! I chose some moments from "Shrek 4" (Ilya voiced Rumplestiltskin there) and "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" (Ilya is the voice of Willy Wonka there). All audio tracks are taken from these two films! Enjoy!
