(1) Old Rose "Also known as ashes of rose. Ashes of rose was a popular Victorian color and it's first recorded use as a color name in English was in 1892." Well, I just found out about it in 2016. To me it was just pink.

Someone asked me if I had plans today. I said yes, we’re eating as a family at home. The second I said that I realized that wasn’t probably the expected answer. I think my answer just equated to a “No. I’m just staying at home.” But see the thing is, it was a plan- a good one considering I have no idea when I’m spending another birthday right here and with my family. To be honest, it’s more than enough. To be more honest, I really didn’t want to do anything today.
Recently I’ve become more and more anxious, it became a problem. I know for a fact it’s not healthy. It’s scary and it physically hurts actually. A lot of times I tried telling people but nobody will really understand unless they want to. Even if they did though, I wouldn’t want to worry them. It’s unnecessary burden I didn’t want a friend to have.
Lately all I’ve been doing is planning and getting my stuff together so it will all be easier to put in a luggage. I’m a month in on it and it’s not easy. I really can pack everything I need in an hour tops. I still have a few months before I actually need to but man, 23 years in a luggage is impossible. Talk about (literal) emotional baggage. Each time I think about wanting to leave, I see the people I wanna stay for. I see them in my first home and wherever they may be, working or studying, I’ll always remember them here in this city. I think about how comfortable life is here. When you go out, for sure you’d bump into a familiar face. Everything here is familiar. Even if you get lost, you never really are because you’d figure out soon enough. When you need someone’s help or when you want something done, you just reach out to a friend or a friend of a friend and there you go. Everyone knows everyone to some degree. Almost everyone knows where to get stuff or where to get the new ones. This city isn’t safe though but what place is really? I think the older you become, the smaller the city gets. It’s comfortable here. Too comfortable. And that’s why I want to leave.
I meant to write this as a reminder for me on my 24th wherever I may be then. I hope when I read this next year, things will have changed for the better but the people I have (and keep) around me right now haven’t. I bet 24 year-old me would just think how I could’ve written this better.Â
Cheers to a lot of major changes this year and may I have the courage to take on them as graciously as I possibly can.Â
July 15, 2015 This time last year, I was asked a question. It was simple, really, and the answer was quite obvious. We didn't need to say anything else and I believe I don't have to now. All I know is we exchanged promises then. Just a bit more now, they'll turn into vows.

Hello. If you’ve seen my recent post I think I’ve explained why. But hey thanks for noticing though! :)
Reintroduction
I made tea and promised myself I’ll only drink it after I write this. I feel like I might have to drink it cold.
Anyway, hello. To the people who have managed to maintain their tumblr blogs, good for you! To those who are new, hey there. I’m not new to Tumblr but it might seem like it. I have blogged (and reblogged) a lot for the past six years and believe me when I say I have tried going through all of them recently but I just couldn’t. The sheer amount of it made me realize how much time I’ve spent here- and how I seem to love funny GIFs.
So right now there’s this thing I wanted to try. I wanted to actually write all of the content on here. It might be boring but my dashboard definitely isn’t. I still follow the same blogs I used to and I still see those GIFs I love. And I started this for me and not for anyone else so might as well enjoy it. I’m doing this because recently I found myself only opening up Twitter and Instagram. These platforms do well to pass the time and though I love how witty 140 characters can get and how photos can actually show more, I’ve missed this. I’ve missed writing. I’ve missed hearing only the sound of the keys banging on my keyboard at 2AM.
But then again, you won’t find any hint of certain stories I’ve come up with in the past few years. I’ve kept some only to remind me how I must have felt that moment or let’s be honest, remind myself how much effort I’ve exerted to finish them. And I know I may regret deleting some stuff but i think I can write new memories now. I can write about where my life is going and how exciting it is at  the moment. I was trying to avoid saying this but I think it is what it is- a fresh start.
I don’t even think anyone will notice this but still, I’d like to think I can come back and write for myself. And if someone out there might enjoy it, all the better. I hope I can keep it up, though.Â
So I think that’s it. Now where’s that tea...
For every airport goodbye, every embarrassing crying spell in the plane or bus, every laggy or failed skype call, and everything in between, I believe in a lifetime of happiness after. We believe everything to be reality rather than just a possibility now. I like that. And though it will seem like ages for us, we will be just fine.
