hi sorry for the random anon message but i saw your post about your hair and i was seriously impressed and wanted to say that you are such an inspiration jdgdlshlak your hair looks great and healthy and just wow. i have trich too except luckily (?) mine is mostly my eyelashes (+ underside of my hair but that's not visible unless i tie my hair up) and i was pulling last night for the first time in ages and i saw your post and managed to stop and i wanted to say thank you for that <3

gs;kjlhghkgf ahhh thank you so much anon!! i was really surprised how quickly and how thick my hair grew back, especially since i was pulling almost every area of my head really severely for almost a year before i shaved it all! 

i’m glad you’re pulling less these days, and really glad you were able to stop last night!!! and seriously, if you ever want to talk more about trich stuff i’m totally here to listen/commiserate with/whatever. we’re all in this together!! <3

feb 2013 before i shaved my head!!! (the lighting's awful but like that super white spot at the back of my head was basically bald at this point and this is an awful picture but yeah like half my hair was gone at this point and a lot of it that was there was all different lengths)

april (i think???) omg i don't know why it looks like there's an f there i guess that's just where i didn't pull for some reason???

awkward long pause bc i didn't take pics i guess?? why?? but whatever and ok auGUST aka now

like i hate having short hair and i'm still struggling with trich quite a bit & i've been avoiding pictures for months and i still mostly am but omg look how much hair i have compared to the first pic i just!!!

If I were just your average 23-year-old girl, and I called the police to say that there were strange men sleeping on my lawn and following me to Starbucks, they would leap into action. But because I am a famous person, well, sorry, ma’am, there’s nothing we can do. It makes no sense… I am just not OK with it. It’s as simple as that. I am just a normal girl and a human being, and I haven’t been in this long enough to feel like this is my new normal. I’m not going to find peace with it.
