Again this is from my last year at Uni.

Poster designed for New Look. Background created using inks. Line drawings are digitally coloured using photoshop and finished of with a little text.

Would be way too cool if anyone from New Look ever saw these and liked them or whatevs, but that’s never gonna happen!

And another design from my final year of Uni.

Once again, the background was created using a collage, but this time it was a more monotone background to make the main foreground image stand out to catch viewers attention. I created the main image of a woman from a line drawing and using fabric to recreate the image and changing the colour to blue to fit in with the idea of it being a poster for the winter clothing range. I then added text to finish off the piece.

The background was created using inks to get a summery rainbow effect. I then added some line drawings which were coloured digitally and added text to finish the piece of. Simple, but I think it works quite well.

So I just realised that I never uploaded any of my final work from my Graphic Design modules at uni. So here we go.

This piece is a poster I decided to design for the clothes store New Look. The background is from a set of collages I was working on throughout the final year, I then added a line drawing with the dress digitally coloured using a photo of leopard print fabric, and then added text to the work.

Just been down on the beach to take pictures of the exposed ruins of the manor hotel and spoke to an old man who remembers the hotel going into the sea! Pretty successful adventure I feel.

Took my portfolio and book from my birkenhead project round to show my grandma yesterday and she was so happy, she loved seeing my work and seeing photos of where she used to live. I just wish she could have seen the exhibition.
