Maka was about to punch one- but before                   she could this male took a stance before her and pushed her                    gently behind him. When he was punched, she snarled. Damn                    them. Gently, she grabbed the man and pulled him back so he                    didn’t get hurt.                                     ❝…. Stay there. It will be over soon.❞                    She assured him, before going after the group. Grunts and groans came                    from the clutter forming around her, before they all were pushed back by a                     massive scythe. None injured, but they all ran away nonetheless out of fear.                    Breathing heavily, she turned towards the man and approached him slowly, before                  holding out a hand to help him up.                                    ❝Are you okay..?❞

   He watched as the girl perfectly took care    of the bad guys who had cornered her,    making him feel a little bit less macho than    earlier. All was well, though, so he could let    it go. He took the hand offered to him and got    up with her help, wiping the blood off of his    face from where the punch had made him    bite his lip. He assessed her first before    answering, making sure she was really okay.

                ❝ I think I’m okay, my face                         hurts though... That was pretty                         pathetic, wasn’t it? ❞

   Yuuri tried once again to skate his routine,    but a flying puck hit him in the face. All the    other times it barely evaded him, and it    seemed that renting out halves of the rink    to a hockey team and a figure skater wasn’t    going so well. He sighed, moving forward    again to get into position, but while he was    turning, someone rammed into him, skidding    him across the floor. Never let him practice    behind Viktors back again.

He had a    moment of hesitation before he moved    forward, pulling him in for a kiss. He    moved back, skating towards the ice    again and winking at Viktor, motioning    for him to join him on the ice.

   Yuuri was very hurt, but he didn’t know why.    Maybe it was the constant misgendering he    was subjected to while he was here, but he    had taken it upon himself to remedy that with    a long cry. So he went somewhere he could    be alone, or so he thought. While he had been    sobbing to himself, he heard someone in the    bushes. He only really knew because the bush    shook, but that was enough for him.
