Ahhh!!!!!! My Pua paci from @cranberrycakesshop came in!!! I got it as part of their Disney sale and I’m so so happy with how cute and simple it is. The package was a really cute pink envelope so it was fun to get in the mail, and it also came with a little note and some stickers. I’m so excited to use this paci omg

Oh no! You have the sads! It's ok! Whether it's a temporary attack of the sads or you get attacked more often, I'm here for you!

Here's some tips to help you get through!

Don't stay in bed all day. I know you are not feeling good and don't want to move, but it truly is the worst thing for you. Move to another room at least. You don't need to do any more if this is all you can muster.

If you can, take a shower. You can change back into clean pjs afterwards but it's super important to stimulate your body.

Please drink water. I'd love it if you ate something, but if that is a no go, please drink water. It's essential!

If possible, go sit outside in the sun. Just 15-20 minutes. Vitamin D is essential for making happy brain stuff.

If you take medication, please take it. I know it feels pointless and that it's not helping, but things will be a lot worse without it.

Don't stay alone. Talk to a friend, parent or you can even message me if you just need to vent. I'm not always available but I'll always reply when I can.

If things are getting dark and scary, call a hotline. Here's a list of suicide hotlines by country.

Don't listen to that dark cloud in your mind. You are loved, you are not a burden and this world is better with you in it.
