Yukina doesnt like showing skin, except for her arms (thats like a rule she lives by when it comes to clothes, she also will never wear short skirts but short pants are fine by her [even if she wears bloomers underneath]) but another exception would be the beach methinks. would you want to go to the beach wearing long sleeves in such blazing sun?

It could have been that she was born with it, and since the two of her mums are stand users, it could have been fate that they saved her as an infant from perishing inside a coin locker. Wow, that’s gruesome and yucky, let’s focus on her current task ahead instead of dwelling on the past…
