Iāve been eating clean for about 2-3 years now. No dead animals, dairy or fish. For about a year Iāve been on and off raw and vegan. Most recently Iāve stopped alcohol, wheat, gluten, and cooked food all together. Iāve fasted and juiced my way through many different techniques and even had warm organic coffee up my ass a few times for a liver cleanses, make sure to research that properly. I donāt choose chemical drugs or medications, I use all natural herbs and plants and Iām a normal healthy guy with no dis-eases. That said, I do NOT advise jumping right in at the deep citrus detox end, please use your own judgement and know your body.
Having done a bunch of different cleansing over the past 3 years, citrus detox is definitely up there as one of the strongest. I had 10 unwaxed/washed whole oranges and 3 whole lemons and I feel safe saying that was a bit greedy of me lol. The aim is to flood your system with a detoxifying, alkalizing, citrus and calcium potent juice to shock the worms, parasites, bacteria and toxins living inside you. This is good if you are interested in plant based-solar powered health, have a free schedule and want to feel about a million times better in a multitude of ways. It does have side effects and those can be uncomfortable at first. I would recommend half of the above dosage for newbies and definitely plan to have the next day off. Toxins exit the body in flushes and waves, some big hits and many lesser amounts over time. Also in many forms from piss, poop, puss, puke and general perspiring. Drink tons of water, this is the easiest way of passing toxins and helping flush your blood. Replenish with lots of fruit, melon and cantaloupe was amazing for me. DRINK TONS OF WATER!
This cleanse being a no holds barred, no nonsense approach to attacking toxins, viruses, worms and parasites means the high alkalinity level causes a very āhead highā and expansive experience whilst the body clearing process releases a huge amount of toxins into your blood.
