1) Practice relaxing your anal and vaginal muscles every time you have sex.
Yes you saw right. You need to let all your lower muscles relax. This means you will probably end up farting and queefing, but if you want to squirt this is just something that happens.
2) Have you or your partner aim their fingers here: [diagram of vagina and where to put fingers]
You or your partner’s fingers need to be curled upward when inside of you. The fingers should be gently stroking the upper part of the urethra/the bottom of the bladder from inside the vagina. The texture of this area should feel rough and sponge like.
3) If you start to feel like you have to pee. Just let it all out and do it. It’s probably not pee.
When you finally feel like something may come out of your urethra, just push it out (or let it be pushed out). There may be a little urine mixed in but the liquid should be mostly clear if not all the way clear. This is what comes out when you gush/squirt.
It may dribble out at first but keep going and it will eventually gush.
4) Repeat until the ability is learned. *This will take time and patience
Don’t. Give. Up. It took me over a year to figure out how to make myself squirt, the key is just to keep trying! If you just keep at it and try your best, one day you’ll find the way to make yourself squirt nearly every time you have sex.
