Great. Now I'm waking up with panic attacks again, after months of not. 😖

I've suffered from chronic migraines for years and my condition is constantly questioned. They say if I am up and about, then it really must not be that bad. The people who say this clearly have never experienced chronic pain. If I were to just lay in bed (which I wish I could) every time a migraine came on, then I would have no life besides that. When you experience pain almost every day, you adapt and push yourself through it, because it's the only way to maintain some semblance of normalcy in your life, despite the pain you feel. I wouldn't have a job, I wouldn't have a social life, I wouldn't even be able to do basic things like go grocery shopping, if I didn't do it anyway, despite the pain. I suppose the only way to "prove" the pain you're feeling to these people would be to just shut down every time it comes. I'm sorry, but I don't have the luxury to do that. So, I guess you'll just have to go on thinking I'm faking it and racking up hundreds of dollars of medical bills for no reason, asshole.
