NEO SMUT COLLECTIVE EVENT #2: LOVE LETTERS
In the month of February, not only is there Valentine’s Day but also a multitude of NCT members who will be celebrating their birthday. With that in mind, we would like to introduce our second writing event! Though this event is based in February and around Valentine’s Day, your fic is not strictly limited to these details. Any works containing a love letter or a love letter type of theme are acceptable.
This event will be open to our members only, meaning that you must be a part of the Neo Smut Collective in order to participate. It will also follow a collab format, meaning that there is only one spot per NCT member in this event. The event will take place all month long through February, featuring a pre-specified lineup of 11 (eleven) NCT members.
Only the NCT members mentioned in the photo below, which are Johnny, Ten, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Winwin, Jungwoo, Lucas, Mark, Hendery, Jaemin, and Chenle, will be part of this event. With that being said, your work must be centered around your chosen member. You can claim your spot by sending an ask to the network or messaging our event managers @lucas-wongs (Taryn) or @spookyhyuck (Lily).

Additionally, we will be having a special event for you to show your love to our members! If there is a certain member(s) of our network that you would like to show your love to, from now until February 13th you may submit your own love letter to be released on Valentine’s Day for our beloved network members.
For submitting your love letters, we ask that you use the submission feature and indicate in your letter the URL of the network member you are writing to along with your own URL. This is the link to our submissions. For easy reference, here is a list of all our current members.
As an example, your submission should look like the following;

Love letter submissions are open to anyone who would like to send a message to one of our network members. All the letters will be posted on Valentine’s Day (February 14th) so be sure to get yours in by then.
The writing event is open to Neo Smut Collective members only. Applications to participate in the event will remain open for the entire duration of the event.
Please send an ask to us if you would like to participate in the writing event or message @lucas-wongs (Taryn) or @spookyhyuck (Lily). The message should contain the member you will be writing for along with the theme of your fic, telling us how it will include a love letter or how it is love letter themed.
The minimum word count is 1k (1,000 words) so timestamps and drabbles will not be allowed.
You may post your fic anytime throughout the month of February.
The deadline to be included on our masterlist is February 28th, the last day of the month.
Your work must contain smut in it to be reblogged by us.
