just a reminder, a lot of children’s hospitals have a section on their website for sending kids letters for valentines day, it’s free and quick and easy and you can put a smile on the face of a kid who has been through hell and back. it’s all done online, all you do is fill out a form.

check your local hospital websites! fill out forms on every hospital you can find that does this! usually they are found under the “how to help” or “your support” sections.

it takes 5 whole seconds to type your name and email and a short message and even if you think it’s silly or pointless, it is a tiny fleck of positivity in the life of someone who needs it the most.
