Hay House is a New Thought and Self-help publisher. It was founded in 1984 by author Louise Hay. Hay House publishes books, audio, and video in areas such as Self-Help, New Thought, Sociology, Philosophy, Psychology, Alternative Health, Men's/Women's Issues, Food and Nutrition, Finance, Environmental Issues, Education, Business, Astrology and New Age.
I am working with their in-house team and advising across a range of social media related campaigns and general output.Â
I work directly across a number of their authors including New York Times best seller Sonia Choquette, Angel expert Diana Cooper & wellness guru John C. Parkin.
I recently delivered a workshop for Hay House UK at their Authorâs day on Facebook - and am excited to share the following feedback.
âKate's facebook busting talk really helped me get to grips with my fan page. I have been doing research into how to get the most from facebook but I have found myself swimming in a minefield of misinformation. I got 80 new likes in less than a week and my engagement with readers exploded just with a few simple to implement tips from Kate. I'm really excited about Facebooks future in my business when it felt like a total time suck before.âÂ
âFacebook has always been a bit of a mystery. We thought we knew the basics but it has always seemed a little like witchcraft, trying to figure out what to post, when to post it and what combination of links and pictures we should use. The time spent on it has osciallated between too much, to not enough... Going round in circles doesn't really breed consistency!
After just one session with Katie we suddenly had a strategy! We knew what to do about promoting things other than our brand, and we also had a plan for how to figure out what works best for our audience. Within a few weeks we had a content schedule that followed the same pattern and cut in half the number of hours we were spending trying to create materials to feed the hungry beast.
Oh, and our results went through the roof.
Katie is certainly the whiz kid you need to talk to if you have any aspirations or struggles with Facebook!Â
