Heya! Are you open to writing NSFW? ๐ Just curious - it's fine if you don't ๐๏ธ๐๐ป๐๏ธ
Iโve never tried writing something like this before, but Iโm interested in giving it a try ๐ฅ ๐ฅ ๐ฅ
OMG AJSHBSJSNS
You wrote both of my requests ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ
Thank you so much!!!! ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
They were so good jsjsjsjaj
I'm sorry for the late reply ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ the results of the exams have been troubling me recently ๐ญ๐ญ I was busy in the re-evaluation procedure ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
ANYWAYS
I loved both of them and you did NOT disappoint ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
Thank you again! ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
Have a great day,
Much love,
๐ฅฐ๐
Hi!!!
Iโm so happy you enjoyed it! I was honestly a bit nervous that it wasnโt good enough ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ
Good luck with your classes and I hope you ace those exams! ๐๐๐
Heya! I had another request!
Could you do the characters' reaction on the reader being a cold or ruthless person but having a very soft spot for them? (For ex: for Prince Wook, the reader could be a renowned princess/Queen who is known for her ruthlessness, or for Dae-ho, the reader could be one of the guards or VIPs etc.)
OR
The reader is a very powerful person (rich, mafia, minister, etc.) and has a soft spot for them?
You can obviously choose what the reader will be lol ๐ญ๐๐ป I don't have good ideas rn sorry ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
Have a great day,
Much love,
๐๐
I feel like I might have missed the mark a little with this idea hopefully, it's not too bad ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
I really love the concept, though โ it suits every character so well. I think I just should have portrayed the reader as more cold and commanding
Dangerous Woman
Warning: mentions of drugs, threats of violence, gambling. I don't speak English, so I'm using a translator. Please forgive any mistakes!๐ฅบ Summary: Characters' reaction to a reader who is cold and ruthless, yet holds warm feelings for them. Characters: Lee Kang Soo, Kang Dae Ho, Noh Woo Sung, Kim Yo Han, Wang Wook
Lee Kang Soo
You were the biggest drug dealer in Seoul. Most of the cityโs districts were under your control. None of your rivals dared to cross you, knowing full well: you would eliminate any obstacle in your path without a second thought. A true queen of the underworld, whose ties to high-ranking officials let you run your business with absolute impunity.
Yet one madman still emerged. Through your own channels, you learned that the most notorious informant in the city had decided to challenge you. Lee Kang Soo worked for Prosecutor Koo. He was a liaison โ the very โratโ who skilfully navigated between the police and the criminal kingpins.
Your first meeting was fraught with tension. You werenโt used to backing down.
โYouโre going to die,โ you promised him calmly then, looking him straight in the eye. โThe only question is how soon.โ
But after that meeting, something inside you cracked. You couldnโt get him out of your head: that provocatively immaculate appearance, the perfectly styled hair, that dangerous yet magnetic gazeโฆ For a long time you refused to admit to yourself that you had fallen in love with your enemy. Kang Soo had managed to turn your head just by being there.
The night was too quiet for someone in your profession. Kang Soo stood by the panoramic window when you entered the room, and he didnโt even turn around.
โYou came alone,โ you noted.
โDid I have a choice?โ He smirked, taking a drag from his cigarette.
You moved closer. You were wearing an immaculate tailored suit, and on your face was that very expression that made people fall silent mid-sentence. To the world, you remained an unapproachable woman, capable of destroying a person with a single phone call. But when Kang Soo finally turned, your gaze softened, almost imperceptibly.
โIโm shutting everything down,โ you said.
โWhat exactly?โ He flicked ash from his cigarette.
โEverything. The shipments. The schemes. The whole business. Iโm getting out.โ
Kang Soo froze in astonishment.
โAnd whoโs going to believe you?โ he asked quietly.
A soft smile touched your lips. The hard lines of your face smoothed away, leaving not a trace of the severity that had marked your first encounter.
โYou.โ
He wanted to reply with something sharp, out of habit, but there was so much unaccustomed tenderness in your eyes that he decided to soften his tone.
โFor me?โ Kang Soo asked cautiously.
You turned towards the window, trying to hide a faint smile.
โDonโt pretend you donโt understand.โ
He approached from behind, stopping almost flush against you.
โStill, what are you trying to say?โ
โI donโt know what youโve done to me, but I think about you constantly,โ you confessed quietly, finally turning to face him. โI donโt want this filth anymore. I like you, Kang Soo. The day we first met, something in me was reborn. I want to start all over again. And Iโll understand if you want nothing to do with me. My past isnโt easy to wash clean.โ
For the first time in his life, Kang Soo had no idea what to say.
The next day, you sent him a set of coordinates. He arrived to find you in the basement of an abandoned warehouse. There were no expensive silks or stilettos โ just a plain coat, and in your hands you held folders full of papers. You were personally burning the archives that tied you to the criminal world.
โAre you serious?โ he asked, staring at the blazing fire.
โYes.โ
โBecause of me?โ
You watched another page curl into ash.
โNot because of you. For you.โ
He chuckled, but his voice no longer carried its former irony.
โTo destroy an entire empire for one personโฆ Youโre insane.โ
โYouโre right. I am insane,โ you laughed softly.
Kang Soo stepped forward and pulled you into a tight embrace. And as you pressed yourself against him, you knew with absolute certainty: if anyone in this city ever dared to touch him, you would
Kang Dae Ho
You were one of the guards in those brutal games โ a faceless cog in a lethal machine, ruthlessly doing your job. You had never felt pity for the players. But when Kang Dae Ho appeared on the grounds, something inside you faltered.
He desperately tried to project confidence, but you noticed the little things: the way he smiled at everyone, how touchingly he looked after the pregnant girl, how hard he masked the fear that lived in every movement.
Dae Ho was different from the rest. He lacked the animal cruelty of those ready to kill for a portion of food, or the treachery of those who betrayed their friends. He was just an ordinary guy.
One question gnawed at you: what had brought him to this hell? His smile seemed impossible in this abyss โ warm, genuine, like a ray of light in pitch-black darkness. How did he manage to hold onto his humanity in a place ruled by death?
One day, in an empty corridor, seizing a moment with no cameras or patrols nearby, you blocked his path.
โPlayer 388,โ you said sternly.
Dae Ho flinched.
โIf you keep walking around with that doomed look on your face, youโll be the first to die.โ You glanced over your shoulder, checking for strangers. โIโll help you get out of here.โ
He stared at you, bewildered, as if trying to make out your face through the mask.
โWhat? Why me?โ
โYouโre not like the others, and I can see it. The only one who hasnโt lost his humanity.โ
You strode away quickly, before anyone could spot you.
Dae Ho didnโt believe what had happened at first. Risking your own life, you secretly helped him: slipping him hints about the next games while simultaneously working out an escape plan. You knew perfectly well what they would do to you if you were discovered, so you operated with surgical precision.
The plan seemed insane. During the riot that erupted among the players, you staged Dae Hoโs elimination, dressed him in a guardโs uniform you had hidden beforehand, and led him out through a network of disused service tunnels.
Together you emerged on the shore, where a boat you had prepared was rocking on the water. You had lied to your partner, telling him you were heading out on a solitary patrol.
โGo,โ you ordered, pointing at the water.
โAnd you?โ
โIโm staying.โ
He suddenly seized your wrist.
โNo. If you did all this for me, Iโm not leaving you here.โ
And that was when you let yourself remove the mask and show your face for the first time. You had already broken every possible rule, so there was nothing left to lose.
โKang Dae Ho,โ you said quietly, โif you donโt sail away right now, theyโll shoot us both on this shore.โ
โThen letโs run away together!โ
You looked into his eyes. Dae Ho wasnโt a hero or the strongest player, but there was so much kindness in him that it was worth risking your life for. Gently but firmly, you nudged him towards the boat.
โIโll catch up.โ
โPromise?โ
โWhere do you live?โ
โSeoul, Bongcheon-dong.โ
โIโll find you. I promise.โ
He wanted to say something more, but you had already turned and dashed back. Just before your escape, you had sneaked into the archive and dug up his details and exact address.
A few days after the island base was blown up and the games were shut down forever, you stood outside his home.
Dae Ho froze, unable to believe his eyes.
โYouโฆ you really found me?โ
Instead of answering, you stepped forward, and he instantly pulled you into a desperate embrace.
โI promised,โ you whispered, burying your nose in his shoulder and, for the first time in a long while, feeling safe.
Wang Wook
At court, you were the woman before whom servants bowed and ministers turned pale. You were respected and feared for your colossal influence. One โnoโ from you, and people who had fallen out of favour would vanish from the hall forever.
When you first met Prince Wang Wook in the garden, he was absorbed in a book and didnโt even raise his head, completely ignoring your arrival.
โYou neither bowed nor greeted me,โ you said coldly.
Your voice sounded so haughty.
โYou didnโt greet me either,โ he replied calmly, turning a page.
It bordered on insolence, but it was precisely that defiance that caught your attention. You moved closer.
โUsually people start trembling when I use that tone.โ
โDo you think that will make me afraid? I am a prince and I can stand up for myself.โ
To your own surprise, you laughed โ a laugh so bright and genuine. That chance conversation was where everything began.
Later, on one of those evenings when the palace was once again suffocated by an atmosphere of conspiracies, intrigues and gossip, you intercepted Wang Wook in a quiet corridor after a drawn-out assembly. He looked utterly exhausted.
โWang Wook? You were silent all evening. Has something happened?โ
โSometimes silence is the only means of defence,โ he answered softly.
โYou donโt need to defend yourself with me,โ you said gently. โIโll listen to whatever is on your heart.โ
Wang Wook looked at you in surprise, sensing not a trace of ill intent in your words. There was no selfish motive in you. He could feel it.
You talked together for a long time, walking through the palace gardens.
โYouโre the only one who wasnโt afraid of me,โ you broke the silence. โYou know, my coldness is just armour. Living in the palace, I quickly understood that if you donโt protect yourself, youโll be destroyed. You canโt show weakness, or youโll be trampled.โ
His palm touched your cheek, warm and gentle.
โYouโre right,โ Wook agreed. โPower makes people cruel.โ
โIt was so hard, wearing that mask all the timeโฆโ
โIโm glad you decided to open up to me. Youโre remarkable.โ
In that moment, it felt as though the whole universe held only the two of you โ kindred spirits who had managed to find each other amid chaos, wars, and political intrigue. For the first time, someone in the palace saw you not as an arrogant figure, but as a lively, gentle woman.
Noh Woo Sung
You entered his life with the same confident grace you usually brought into the courtroom: without knocking, without a shadow of doubt, and with the absolute certainty that no one would dare stand in your way. In the elite apartment complex, you were known as a stern, even frightening woman โ which was hardly surprising, given that you held the post of Prosecutor General. Neighbours would fall nervously silent the moment you stepped into the lift.
One evening, you ran into Woo Sung in the lobby. Irritation was written all over his face. You were already acquainted: he had once knocked on your door, trying to locate the source of endless noise in the building.
โIs it them again?โ you inquired.
Woo Sung gave a bitter laugh. You lived in the penthouse with perfect soundproofing, so the domestic wars of other residents never touched you.
โItโs more than just noise now. It looks like the neighbours have declared war on me.โ
You studied your neighbour carefully.
โDonโt worry. Iโll sort this out tomorrow.โ
โI donโt think itโs that simpleโฆโ
โNobody in this building will dare bother you again.โ
โWhat?โ Woo Sung looked at you in surprise, sensing there was something more behind your promise. And he was not mistaken.
The first time he visited your apartment, you poured him tea and served a home-cooked dinner. You watched in silence as he ate. He ate with such appetite, as if he hadnโt seen proper food in days. Despite the deep shadows under his eyes and the slight stubble, you caught yourself thinking he was devilishly handsome.
You kept your promise. Pulling your strings, you gave the troublemakers such a legal shake-up that soon the most scandalous residents were standing before you in your reception room, pale as if on the defendantโs bench. You sat in your chair, legs crossed, leafing through a folder of documented violations.
โSo you are claiming that the source of the problems in the building is Noh Woo Sung?โ you asked in a stern tone.
โYou see, itโs a complicated matterโฆโ
โNo,โ you cut in sharply. โThere might be something to discuss if you had a single piece of evidence, but all I see is collective slander.โ
Woo Sung, standing by the door, couldnโt suppress a triumphant smile.
When the frightened neighbours had left, you walked out onto the landing with him.
โNow there will be peace and quiet in this building,โ you stated.
โThank you!โ
โDonโt thank me.โ
Woo Sung looked at you with such gratitude that you felt awkward.
โWhy are you going to so much trouble for me?โ he asked quietly.
You averted your gaze.
โI can see how exhausted you are. Youโve lived too long believing you just had to endure it all. Iโm sorry I didnโt step in sooner.โ
Woo Sung peered at your softened features.
โItโs not your fault.โ
You took a step towards him, and unusually soft, tender notes crept into your voice:
โEven so, with the resources I have, I could have stopped this chaos much earlier.โ
You embraced him, holding him tightly. And in that moment, Woo Sung understood completely: to everyone else you were the fearsome prosecutor who made people tremble, but to him you had become the one person beside whom he could simply feel at peace.
Kim Yo Han
You were the outright owner of the largest underground casino in the city. Everything glittered with luxury and gold, but the establishmentโs true jewel was you. You always wore impeccably expensive suits, carried yourself with perfect poise, and your expression never wavered, even with a gun aimed at you. In criminal circles, it was whispered that the casino owner never lost and had no weaknesses.
Kim Yo Han came to your club undercover, running his own investigation. You made him instantly โ his guarded, watchful behaviour stood out too sharply against the thrill-seeking crowd.
โWhat brings such a handsome man here?โ you asked, approaching his table. โI see youโre a new guest.โ
โJust looking to unwind,โ Yo Han replied, striving to keep his composure.
You merely smirked. You could read a lie like that in a heartbeat.
A little later, you found him in a secluded VIP lounge, studying the players intently, searching for someone.
โYou donโt look anything like our usual patrons,โ you said quietly from behind him.
Yo Han visibly tensed. But your aim wasnโt to frighten him. You wanted to understand what exactly he was looking for. You summoned him to your office.
โYour real purpose?โ you asked sternly, closing the door of your third-floor office.
โI already told you. Just to play a few hands of poker.โ
โYou need help,โ you said, taking a seat at the desk. โYouโre looking for someone, and itโs painfully obvious.โ
โIโm notโฆโ
โDonโt lie to me,โ you cut him off. โTell me the truth, and Iโll help you.โ
Yo Han hesitated, weighing the risks. You gestured to the chair opposite you.
โSit. Donโt worry, I donโt bite. Unless, of course, you try to lie to me again.โ
Yo Han took a photograph from his pocket and handed it to you. You picked up the picture, studying the manโs face.
โWhat did he do?โ you asked without looking up.
โHeโs stalking my grandmother,โ his voice trembled almost imperceptibly. โAnd he kidnapped me once before.โ
โKidnapped?โ You lifted your gaze in surprise, not expecting such drama from this young man. โDo you want me to get rid of him?โ
โNo. I want him to go to prison. According to the law. Please help me. You promised, if I told the truth.โ
You looked intently into his weary eyes.
โIโll help. But nothing is done for free in my casino.โ
โWhat do you want? Money?โ
You rose from your chair, walked over to the panoramic window, and, turning back, gave a soft smile.
โI want you to have dinner with me tomorrow evening.โ
โAre you joking?โ he said, taken aback.
โI never joke.โ
โFine. Tomorrow.โ
You met in an unremarkable little restaurant on the outskirts of the city. None of your people knew about this meeting; for the first time, you arrived without your security. You handed him a flash drive containing CCTV footage and all the information your security team had dug up overnight.
Thanks to those leads, Yo Han quickly caught the scumbag, and his family was safe at last.
A few days later, Yo Han crossed the threshold of your casino again. But this time, not as an undercover detective โ as a man who simply could not forget the owner of the establishment in her luxurious black dress.
โIโm in your debt,โ he said quietly, walking up to you.
โYou owe me nothing.โ
โThen allow me to invite you to a second dinner.โ
A mischievous smile touched your lips.
โDid you really enjoy dining with me that much?โ you teased.
For the first time, Yo Han smiled openly and warmly.
โIโd like to see you a lot more often.โ
โThe feeling is mutual, Yo Han.โ

I had another idea! (I've got tons lol ๐ญ)
I saw a movie recently and there was this scene which was funny and cute to me, so I was thinking if you could do that as well ๐๏ธ๐๐ป๐๏ธ (it's fine if you don't)
Basically, the heroine was a government official and her subordinates were saying that in the office/workplace, she's always so bossy, confident, fierce and dominant type, but the moment her husband is around, she becomes so silent, timid, shy and submissive type (she was head over heels in love with her husband since they were classmates lol ๐ญ๐ญ)
I was thinking if the reader could be like her as well, and the characters' reactions to it after noticing it ๐๏ธ๐๐ป๐๏ธ bonus: they could be teasing her for it (and she'll just be more shy/blush ykwim)
It's fine if you don't want to, I just found it quite cute ๐ญ๐ญ
Have a great day,
Much love,
๐๐
Done! I loved this idea so much that I just had to write it!!! โบ๏ธ๐
Influential Girl
Warning: I don't speak English, so I'm using a translator. Please forgive any mistakes! ๐ฅบ Summary: How the characters would react uponlearning that at work you're authoritative and dominant, but at home you're soft and tender Characters: Lee Kang Soo, Kang Dae Ho, Noh Woo Sung, Kim Yo Han, Wang Wook
Lee Kang Soo
You head the police anti-corruption department. Your subordinates both fear and respect you. You are the model public servant, pouring every ounce of your energy into your work.
"Did you hear the chief tore the economic crimes unit to shreds today?"
"Remember when she told that corporate chairman she'd personally audit all their documentation from the last ten years? And she actually did it! She dug through a ton of paperwork herself. If I were her, I'd have lost my mind."
"She can silence the entire department with a single glance..."
That's what the employees whisper behind your back.
But very few know that you've been married for ten years to your high school sweetheart. And no one even suspects how soft and tender you become around him. Your teenage feelings long ago grew into something much deeper, and your love for Kang Soo is boundless.
Being an incurable workaholic, you often take cases home. You sit up late with a cup of coffee, investigation folders and endless reports spread across the kitchen table. Lately, Kang Soo has been cracking down on this, since you've been looking too exhausted and sleep-deprived.
"Stop working at home. Or else I'll just burn all your papers."
And you obeyed. You loved your husband so intensely that you simply couldn't resist his strict yet caring tone.
One day, Kang Soo came to your headquarters because you forgot some important documents at home (or perhaps it was just an excuse to see you?).
He walked into your department's reception area.
"I need to see the chief. It's personal."
Your colleagues had never seen your husband in person before โ only in the family photos adorning your desk. The moment Kang Soo stepped through the door, everyone was glued to their monitors, scrutinizing him intently.
"Wow, he's so tall and fit!"
"Our chief has excellent taste."
At that moment, you stepped out of your office. Seeing Kang Soo, you froze in surprise โ he hadn't mentioned he'd be stopping by. You didn't even notice your cheeks flush a betraying shade of pink or the smile that naturally spread across your lips. Your colleagues were frantically trying to remember the last time you smiled (or if you'd ever smiled throughout your years of service).
"Oh, Kang Soo! What are you doing here?" you asked, astonished.
"Darling, you forgot your documents," Kang Soo said, handing you a folder. "I thought you might need them right away."
"Oh, thank you... Would you like some coffee? Or tea? I'll make some right now."
Your voice turned so soft that a resounding silence fell over the room. Your subordinates held their breath. How could the woman who, half an hour ago, had nearly annihilated the department next door be so sweet and accommodating right now?
"No need, I'm just here for a minute. I won't distract you from your work."
Kang Soo turned and walked toward the exit. You followed him with your eyes until his silhouette disappeared around the corner, and only then did you notice the dumbfounded faces of your staff directed at you.
"What are you all staring at? Get back to work immediately! And I want the report on the current case on my desk in an hour!" Your voice instantly regained its usual steely edge.
Your colleagues immediately buried themselves in their monitors.
This contrast threw everyone off balance. No one had expected that the strict, demanding boss would transform at home into a loving, tender wife who is absolutely crazy about her husband.
That same evening, Kang Soo picked you up after your shift in his big black jeep. The moment you sat down in the passenger seat, he pulled you into a gentle kiss.
"Your employees looked like they'd seen a ghost today," Kang Soo smirked, pulling away from the curb. "What was up with them?"
"With them?" you asked. "Maybe they saw me... not as I usually am, for the first time."
"Not as usual? So, by day you're the stern police chief, ready to tear the whole building apart for the truth, and by evening you're my little girl who blushes at a single glance from me?"
Kang Soo knew perfectly well what you were like at work and was just using it as another excuse to tease you. He loved your reaction, and you allowed such liberties only to him.
You playfully punched him in the chest. Kang Soo easily caught your hand and gently kissed your palm.
"I'll come by again tomorrow. I want to see you blush in front of everyone once more."
"Don't even think about it!" you replied with a laugh, but deep down, you were already looking forward to tomorrow.
Kang Dae Ho
You head the human resources department at a large state-owned corporation. At work, you carry yourself like a queen: you walk the corridors as if a red carpet is rolled out beneath your feet, and in meetings, you always sit with impeccable posture, one leg crossed over the other, scanning your colleagues with an icy glare.
Dae Ho has his own small restaurant not far from your office. Often after a hard day, you stop by there for dinner, and Dae Ho personally cooks your favorite dishes. You've been madly in love with each other since your university days, and recently, Dae Ho proposed. That evening, you burst into tears, unable to contain the storm of emotions that washed over you.
Today was absolutely hellish for you. You were preparing for a major conference: your colleagues kept letting you down like crazy, and the technology seemed to break down just to spite you. You were so tense that you didn't just forget to have lunch โ you didn't even manage to eat breakfast in the morning.
Dae Ho decided to surprise you. He made lunch, packed everything into containers, and came to your office himself.
He entered the HR department, holding a craft paper bag from which a mind-blowing aroma of spices wafted.
"Good afternoon," Dae Ho greeted your subordinates with a smile.
Just at that moment, you were returning from yet another meeting where you'd managed to clash with the entire board of directors. But the second you saw Dae Ho, all your anger evaporated, giving way to childlike delight. You completely forgot that dozens of pairs of eyes were watching you.
"Dae Ho! Hi, darling!" You practically threw yourself into his arms. "Let's go to my office, quickly."
You took him by the arm and pulled him along.
"You decided to surprise me?" you exclaimed joyfully, closing the door.
"Y/n you were in such a rush this morning that you went without breakfast. I made lunch," Dae Ho said, carefully arranging the containers on the coffee table. "It's all just the way you like it."
"Oh, Dae Ho, I'm in your debt," you said, gratefully tucking into the food.
"Don't be silly, I'm just taking care of my fiancรฉe."
"Mmm, it's so delicious!" You savored every dish with pleasure.
After the short break, it was time to see Dae Ho off.
"I miss you already," you whispered to him quietly right at the doorstep.
"There's only a little time left until tonight. I'll pick you up right after closing."
Dae Ho left, and you returned to your staff. Immediately, a flurry of whispers erupted in the department.
"Ms. y/n! Who was that wonderful man you were so sweet with?"
"Is that your fiancรฉ?"
"Have him come more often, at least we'll get to see you smile!"
Your subordinates literally bombarded you with questions.
โWhat are you talking about?โ you asked sternly, trying to force your face back into a stony expression.
"It's about the man who just left..."
"That is none of your concern. Get back to work immediately!"
But no matter how hard you tried to switch on the strict boss, your flushed cheeks completely betrayed your lovesick state.
Wang Wook
Your status as the daughter of an influential clan allowed you to participate in political life.
You had been friends with Prince Wang Wook since childhood. As the years passed, the innocent childhood friendship imperceptibly blossomed into a deep, tender feeling.
As the daughter of one of the most powerful officials in the Goryeo state, you possessed a status that was in no way inferior to royalty. Educated, sharp-tongued, and insightful, you carried immense weight in the palace. Even seasoned advisors heeded your opinion.
You were seated at a carved table, dispassionately studying a complaint from a high-ranking official.
"Your arguments are unconvincing. The complaint is dismissed. You are excused."
"But my lady, allow me to..."
"I said, you are excused," you stated firmly, without even lifting your gaze.
A little later, at the general council, you were harshly and confidently criticizing new decrees. But the moment the hall doors swung open and Prince Wook appeared on the threshold, you cut yourself off mid-sentence. Silence descended upon the room.
Your expression changed in an instant. Just a second ago, you were hurling lightning bolts at the advisors, and now your features softened, and a sweet smile appeared on your lips.
"My apologies for being late, there were urgent matters," Wang Wook smoothly walked to the center of the hall. "I hope I haven't missed anything important?"
You didn't notice how much your behavior had changed. You tried to look anywhere but at the prince, yet your gaze kept returning to his figure. You kept exchanging glances, sharing barely noticeable smiles.
Wook noticed a tender blush beginning to flood your cheeks. Seizing a moment when the advisors were engrossed in an argument, he stole a wink at you, making you blush even more intensely.
One of the elderly advisors noticed your state.
"My lady, are you unwell? You've fallen so suddenly silent."
"Ah... I just felt a bit faint," you gracefully placed a hand on your forehead, pretending to feel dizzy.
A handmaiden immediately offered a bowl of cool water.
"I will accompany her to the physician," Wang Wook stepped decisively towards you and carefully took your hand.
You left the council chamber together. Needless to say, you never reached the physician. As you walked through the empty corridors, you continued to sigh theatrically, feigning weakness, until Wook led you to his private chambers.
"Y/n, you are beautiful when you are flustered," Wook smiled softly, gently pressing you against the wall.
"You appeared so suddenly. I thought you weren't coming today."
"How could I miss a council where you are present?"
His words made you melt completely. Wook wasted no time and leaned in to place a tender, lingering kiss on your lips.
"Were those officials talking nonsense again?" he asked quietly, pulling back. "Your stern voice could be heard even behind closed doors."
"Yes, Wook... They were proposing such nonsense that I simply couldn't keep silent," you whispered, having completely shed all your sternness.
"Right now, you're so quiet, not at all like that formidable lady from half an hour ago," Wook tightened his arms around your waist. "I definitely like this."
"I feel so embarrassed in front of you now..."
"It's quite alright, y/n. Those arrogant advisors have long needed to be put in their place. And you do it better than anyone."
Noh Woo Sung
You were sitting in your office late into the night. The desk was piled with report folders, the laptop screen glowed with spreadsheets, and your subordinates had all gone home an hour ago, leaving you alone to deal with the aftermath of someone else's mistake.
At work, you looked as you always did: composed, strict, cold. That very official whom even the most confident employees avoided crossing without good reason.
But the moment the door quietly opened, your impeccable image cracked.
"You didn't leave on time again," came a familiar voice.
You jerked your head up.
Standing in the doorway was Noh Woo Sung. He held a bag of food in one hand and an umbrella in the other. His hair was slightly damp from being outside, and his gaze was tired, yet so warm.
"Woo Sung..." you said softly.
He walked into the office, closed the door, and placed the bag on the edge of your desk.
"I called you three times, and you didn't answer."
"I'm sorry, I was busy..." you awkwardly averted your gaze.
Woo Sung looked at you as if he already knew the truth.
"You haven't eaten anything again, have you?"
You just remained silent. That silence was an answer.
Woo Sung sighed quietly, then crouched down on the chair next to you.
"How many times have I asked you not to skip dinner?"
You immediately became flustered. It was precisely around him that you always lost all your coldness, as if someone discreetly switched off the stern official within you, leaving only the woman in love.
"I just didn't get around to it," you mumbled.
"Didn't get around to it, or forgot?"
"Forgot," you admitted honestly.
He chuckled softly, shook his head, and pulled the food containers out of the bag. You obediently picked up your chopsticks, but just then, footsteps sounded from the corridor. Apparently, one of the employees had returned for some forgotten documents and, noticing the light in the office, peeked inside.
The door creaked open, and a young employee froze on the threshold. He saw you. He saw you sitting with your food, your head slightly tilted, a soft, almost bashful expression on your face. He saw Noh Woo Sung standing calmly beside you, looking at you as if you were the only person in the whole world.
The employee stood stock-still.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I thought no one was here..."
You instantly straightened up, as if you'd been caught in a very intimate moment.
"It's quite alright," you said, already using your work voice, though it still sounded a little quieter than usual.
The employee bowed quickly and practically vanished out the door.
Woo Sung turned to you, and a smile spread across his lips.
"You really do look very cute when you're embarrassed."
"I'm not embarrassed."
"Of course not."
You lifted your gaze to him, already knowing he was deliberately teasing you.
Woo Sung looked at you with too much warmth and attentiveness. And next to him, you felt not like an official again, but like that very girl who fell in love with him during your studies and still couldn't believe he was now your husband.
Woo Sung noticed your expression and smiled a little wider.
"Thinking about something embarrassing again?"
"No."
"Then why are you so red?"
You covered your face with your palm.
"Stop teasing me..."
He laughed quietly.
"I can't. You're too adorable when you try to look strict but just end up blushing because of me."
"Woo Sung."
And at his words, you blushed completely, while he, pleased with your reaction, just calmly sat down beside you, as if he knew perfectly well: tonight, you definitely wouldn't be able to put that cold mask back on.
Kim Yo Han
You were sitting in your office, intently buttoning the top button of his shirt. Kim Yo Han stood before you almost motionless, only occasionally glancing down at your hands, neatly adjusting the fabric.
"You were in a hurry again," you said quietly.
"I wasn't in a hurry," he replied. "I just knew you'd manage it faster."
You gave him a short glance and smiled faintly.
"You're too cocky."
You snorted softly and, to avoid showing how much you enjoyed this closeness, focused on the cuff. It was quiet in the office, with only muffled voices of employees drifting in from the corridor.
Usually, you were collected, cold, and strict here. But next to Yo Han, your entire official tone somehow crumbled. You became quieter, more careful, almost domestic.
He knew this very well.
"Did you come to me in this state on purpose?" you asked, adjusting his collar.
"In what state?"
"In such a state that I'd have to straighten you out again."
Yo Han leaned slightly closer.
"And you don't like it?"
You didn't answer, only feeling your cheeks begin to warm.
"No answer means you do like it," he concluded calmly.
"Yo Han..."
"Hm?"
Suddenly, there was a loud sound of the door opening. Without a knock. An intern literally flew into the office holding a folder.
"Mrs. y/n, here, I brought..." The intern stopped abruptly because he saw the two of you.
You were standing too close to Yo Han, one hand still holding his shirt against his chest, the other having just fastened the last button. His tie was half undone, and it looked as if the two of you were engaged in something far too personal to be caught in such a state.
A dead silence hung in the air.
The intern slowly went pale.
"I... I... I'm sorry, I didn't knock..."
You instantly stepped back, and a blush of embarrassment flared on your face. A second ago, you were a confident official, and now you looked as if you were ready to disappear on the spot.
"You didn't knock," Yo Han said flatly.
His voice was calm, but his gaze was very cold.
"I... just thought the office was empty..."
"It's not customary here to enter without permission," Yo Han said so clearly and evenly that it sent chills down your spine.
The intern immediately bowed.
"I'm sorry. It won't happen again. I'll leave right now."
Still bright red, you hurriedly averted your gaze and began nervously adjusting the cuffs on your own sleeves, as if that could save you from the embarrassment.
"Wait," you said quietly.
The intern froze.
You sighed, took the folder from his hands, and tried to regain your usual strict tone, but your voice still betrayed you with a tremor.
"Next time, knock. Always."
"Yes, Mrs. y/n. Sorry again!"
He nearly bolted out the door.
As soon as it closed, silence fell again in the office. You slowly closed your eyes.
"I'm done for," you muttered.
Yo Han looked at you with obvious pleasure.
"Why's that?"
"He saw us like this."
"So what? To me, you just got embarrassed."
"I didn't get embarrassed."
"No?"
He leaned in a little towards you, and you immediately felt your heart start to beat faster.
"Then why do you look like you're about to blush again?"
"Because you're standing too close," you looked at him indignantly, but instead of a fierce glare, it came out as just another flustered expression.
He clearly saw this and was enjoying every second.
"I like it when you only get like this around me," Yo Han replied.
Your cheeks flared up completely. You didn't get a chance to answer because there was another cautious knock at the door. You both froze.
From outside came the same intern's voice.
"I... I forgot to have you sign one form..."
You slowly closed your eyes.
"It seems he's even more scared of you now than before," Yo Han whispered, not hiding his smile.
You turned away, hiding your face, and he laughed softly, clearly pleased that he had managed to get you into such a state again.

Hi!!! I hope you're doing well and that you aced your exams! โค๏ธ
โWriting the part where Wook was reading the diary was such a pleasure!
โAs for individual character fics, I'm not really sure yet. Long fics aren't exactly my strong suit ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
โI actually tried writing a fic for Kang Soo, but I haven't been able to get past Chapter 1 yet. Unfortunately, I've put it on hold for now. But I could try writing something short ๐
โFor now, though, I need to finish all the remaining requests.
โWishing you all the best! โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ
Hi, how are you? First, I want to tell you that I don't speak English and I'm using a translator, haha. I have two questions, if possible: How do they behave when they're jealous, and how do they behave when you're jealous? I also have a question: What country are you from (if you don't mind me asking)? I'm from Argentina. Greetings! ๐
Espero que se entienda el mensaje jaja :''D
โHi! Your request is ready!
Iโm from Russia. I hope that doesnโt scare you ๐ฅบ
All the best ๐ฅฐ๐
Jealousy
Warning: I don't speak English, so I'm using a translator. Please forgive any mistakes! ๐ฅบ Summary: How they act when theyโre jealous, and how they act when youโre jealous. Characters: Lee Kang Soo, Kang Dae Ho, Noh Woo Sung, Kim Yo Han, Wang Wook.
Lee Kang Soo
When heโs jealous
If Kang Soo notices someone flirting with you (a waiter, an acquaintance, a coworker), he doesnโt cause a commotion. He simply finds out everything about them. Within a few hours, he has a dossier: name, address, job, debts, unpaid fines.
He doesnโt threaten. He just โruns intoโ the guy by chance and just as โaccidentallyโ drops a line like, โDoes your wife know youโre here?โ or โHowโs that bank loan of yours? Youโre three months overdue.โ
The rival disappears on his own.
With you, Kang Soo doesnโt talk about jealousy. He just becomes a little more attentive: takes your hand in front of others, sits closer, looks at you in a way that makes it clear to everyoneโyouโre his.
But if you ask him directly, โAre you jealous?โ heโll smirk and say:
โIโm not jealous. I just gather facts. And the fact is, youโre mine.โ
When youโre jealous
Kang Soo isnโt used to being controlled. But your jealousy turns him on.
If you see some girl flirting with him (for example, at a bar where heโs meeting his people), and you start pouting or making snide remarks, Kang Soo doesnโt get it at first. He genuinely doesnโt notice those hints.
But when it clicks โ he smiles. A rare, warm smile.
โWhat, are you jealous? Of her? Sheโs not even my type. My type is you, with your pouty lips and unhappy eyes.โ
Kang Soo:
Moves closer to you;
Puts his hand on your knee under the table;
The next day, brings you along to his meetings so you can see he doesnโt need anyone but you.
Kang Soo becomes possessive.
If you keep being jealous, he might get angry. But not at you โ at himself.
โAm I not doing enough to make you feel safe and like the most loved woman in the world? Tell me. Iโll fix it.โ
And he really does fix it. He remembers your triggers and avoids situations that hurt you.
Kang Dae Ho
When heโs jealous
Dae Hoโs jealousy is a quiet pain. If he sees someone flirting with you (especially if that someone looks confident, strong, like a real man), Dae Ho doesnโt attack the rivalโhe starts picking at himself.
He goes silent. Looks away. Later, when youโre alone, he might say:
โMaybe you shouldโฆ you knowโฆ take a closer look at him? He has a job.โ
This surprises you so much that you start to get angry. Dae Ho doesnโt understand why. Heโs just looking out for your happiness and wants you to be worthy of the best.
But if you tell him point-blank, โDae Ho, I love you. Not that guy,โ he looks at you in disbelief, then hugs you tightly.
โI donโt deserve you. Thatโs why Iโm scared youโll leave me for someone better. Iโm sorry.โ
His jealousy only fades when you prove it with actions: choosing him. Over and over.
When youโre jealous
If youโre jealous of someone over Dae Ho, itโs a shock to him. Because he genuinely canโt understand how you could be jealous over him.
โYouโre jealous? Of me?!โ
He looks around. Thinks youโre joking.
โOf who? My sisters? The elderly neighbor?โ
When you explain, for example, โThat girl was talking to you for too long,โ he laughs at first, then turns serious.
โListen, if you think I could look at someone else, you donโt know me. Youโre the only one whoโs ever seen the real me. Why would I need anyone else?โ
He wouldnโt flirt with others on purpose to make you jealous โ heโs too afraid of losing you. If you ask him to stop talking to someone, he stops.
Noh Woo Sung
When heโs jealous
Woo Sungโs jealousy isnโt a bright emotion โ itโs a dull, throbbing ache that he tries to suppress but isnโt very good at.
If he sees you smiling at someone else, he doesnโt make a scene. He just shuts down. Becomes even more silent, starts working late.
โWoo Sung, whatโs wrong?โ you ask.
โNothing. The interest rates on my loans went up,โ he replies dryly.
But you know itโs not about the interest rates.
One day, after you come home from a work meeting with a male friend, you see him sitting in the dark.
โI havenโt slept,โ he says quietly. โI was thinking. If heโฆ if he suits you better, I wonโt get in the way. Just tell me.โ
You hug him. He doesnโt respond right away โ he freezes like a statue. Then he sighs and presses his cheek to the top of your head.
โI know Iโm nobody. No money, no strength, no decent apartment. But I just want you to know: if you leave, Iโll have nothing left. It would be worse than anything.โ
His jealousy is only cured by your initiative โ you taking his hand, you kissing him, you saying, โYouโre my choice. No one else.โ
When youโre jealous
If youโre jealous of Woo Sung โ he doesnโt notice at first. Heโs so buried in his debts and work that he doesnโt see you clenching your jaw when his new female coworker comes to his desk too often.
When you finally explode: โWoo Sung, why is she laughing at your jokes?!โ heโs lost.
โWhat jokes? I wasnโt joking. I told her taxes went up. Is that funny?โ
He genuinely doesnโt understand. To him, there are no women in the world except you. Heโs too tired to notice anyone.
When you explain, he looks tired, but in his eyes appears surprise. And even a flicker of pride.
โYouโre really jealous of me?โ
He wouldnโt flirt with others โ he doesnโt have the energy for it. But if you ask him to change jobs or cut contact with someone, he does it without question.
โOkay. Iโll quit. Iโll drive a taxi. Only passengers there. You wonโt be jealous of them, will you?โ
You laugh. He does too. Itโs the best sound in his life.
Wang Wook
When heโs jealous
Wang Wook is well-mannered, noble, and polite. But behind that mask hides a cold, calculating possessor.
If heโs jealous, he doesnโt throw tantrums or start fights.
If someone โ say, the Fourth Prince Wang So โ gets too close to you, Wang Wook becomes calm.
โMy y/n is tired. Weโll be going. You donโt mind, do you?โ โ Wang Wook takes your arm, looking at the rival with a slight smile.
If the rival doesnโt take the hint, Wook begins a game: he spreads a rumor, sets the person up. The rival suddenly finds himself exiled to a distant village, or his family suddenly falls out of favor.
He never discusses jealousy with you. If you ask whether heโs jealous, Wang Wook raises an eyebrow.
โJealousy is for the weak. I simplyโฆ take care that youโre surrounded by worthy people. The rest leave on their own.โ
But you know Wang Wook is lying. He is jealous โ heโs just learned to hide it.
When youโre jealous
Wang Wook likes it when youโre jealous.
If you see some court lady talking to him and you start pouting, turning away, Wook smirks.
โYouโre quiet today. Not feeling well?โ he asks with feigned concern.
You grumble something about that lady who, in your opinion, stood way too close to him. He pretends not to understand and teases you. Waits for you to explode.
And when you finally say straight out, โI donโt want you talking to herโ, he tilts his head and looks at you with admiration.
โFinally. I was starting to think you didnโt care. You know how lovely it is to see your eyes in that moment? Youโre so beautiful, even when youโre angry,โ he whispers in your ear. โKeep it up.โ
But if your jealousy turns into a public scandal, Wook can freeze over. He canโt stand losing face. Then heโll be cold with you for several days.
Kim Yo Han
When heโs jealous
If Yo Han sees someone flirting with you or brazenly hitting on you, he doesnโt show emotion. His face turns to stone.
โWho is that?โ
If you answer that itโs an old acquaintance, Yo Han just nods. You think everything is fine. But a few days later, that acquaintance disappears from your life. Moves away. Quits his job. Or simply becomes too afraid to come within a kilometer of you.
Yo Han doesnโt threaten โ he just has a conversation, after which the person understands itโs better to keep their distance.
โDid you intimidate him?โ you start to reproach Yo Han.
โI didnโt do anything. I just explained the rules to him. Rule number one: donโt look at what belongs to me. Thatโs all. He understood on his own.โ
With you, Yo Han doesnโt talk about jealousy. He just marks you: leaves his jacket on your shoulders, takes your hand in front of everyone, kisses you at the casino entrance. Itโs a warning for everyone else.
When youโre jealous
Yo Han doesnโt tease you on purpose. He genuinely doesnโt notice that some women in his circle look at him with interest.
Heโs used to everyone only wanting money or power from him. The thought that someone might want to start a romance with him never even crosses his mind. So when you start getting jealous, he doesnโt understand at first.
โWho are you talking about? The nurse from the hospital? She was telling me what medicine to take.โ
โPark Mi Young? She manages my accounts at the casino. I donโt care what she looks like.โ
But if you keep pouting, he stops and stares at you for a long time.
โAre you serious?โ
And when you nod, he sits down next to you and takes your hand.
โListen, sweetheart. If Iโm doing something that makes you doubt, then tell me straight, and Iโll fix it. But donโt expect me to guess. Iโm a prosecutor, not a mind reader.โ
Yo Han truly loves you and doesnโt want you to worry.

Another idea ๐ ๐๐ป
The characters' reaction to the reader being a down bad/devoted yearner for them but they never noticed ๐๏ธ๐ต๐๏ธ
Have a great day,
Much love,
๐๐
Done!
I have a feeling I didn't quite hit the mark with the topic... ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
Sorry it took so long! ๐ฅบ
I see all your requests and will definitely get to them!
โAll the best! โค๏ธ
Deep feelings
Warning: I don't speak English, so I'm using a translator. Please forgive any mistakes! ๐ฅบ Summary: The characters' reaction to the reader being a down bad yearner for them but they never noticed Characters: Lee Kang Soo, Kang Dae Ho, Noh Woo Sung, Kim Yo Han, Wang Wook.
Lee Kang Soo
You worked alongside Kang Soo as his loyal partner, helping him handle the toughest missions. He had long since become more than just a colleague to you, but the fear of ruining the fragile balance kept you silent. It felt like a confession would inevitably harm your efficiency, so you chose the role of a professional. Occasionally, your true feelings slipped through, but you masterfully masked them as simple partner-like care, and Kang Soo, buried in his work, never suspected a thing.
One day, you returned to the safehouse after a failed mission.
โWhy didnโt you leave? You have the keys. You saw the kind of shit I got myself into,โ Kang Soo asked, wincing from the sharp pain.
โWhere was I supposed to go? I couldnโt just leave you in that state,โ you shrugged, continuing to tend to his wounds.
Kang Soo froze for a moment, struck by the simplicity of your answer. Later, deep into the night, as you drifted into a troubled sleep on the worn-out sofa, he sat beside you for a long time, just looking at your face. A strange premonition stirred in his heart, something he couldnโt put into words. He wanted to believe it was just gratitude โ because in his harsh world, there was no room for attachments. But for the first time in years, he desperately didnโt want someone to disappear from his life.
โWhy did she stay? She could have been hurt,โ he thought, lost in his mind. โIt wasnโt worth the risk.โ
Later, while relaxing at a bar with Soo-jin and Chang-rak, you decided to be honest. When the guys stepped out for a smoke, you confessed your feelings for your partner to Soo-jin, an actress who sometimes helped you on jobs.
โWhy donโt you just tell him?โ she asked bluntly.
โHeโs too busy. I donโt want to be a burden. Besides, I donโt think itโs mutual. Weโre just friends.โ
โSo? Friends canโt fall in love?โ
โThey can, butโฆ not in my case,โ you hesitated.
โHave you ever even hinted at it?โ
โI tried a couple of times, but Iโm done with that. I hope he didnโt catch on,โ you looked away, embarrassed.
You didnโt know that Kang Soo was no longer the same. After that failed mission, something had been gnawing at him. He desperately tried to suppress any โunnecessaryโ thoughts, convincing himself that he was just imagining things. But as the four of you were heading home and you stepped away for a minute, Soo-jin stopped him.
โY/n is an amazing girl. Sheโd move mountains for you. You need to take care of someone like that.โ
โWhat are you talking about?โ Kang Soo froze, unprepared for her directness.
โExactly what I said, Kang Soo. Donโt be blind,โ Soo-jin smirked.
In that moment, the mask of โfriendshipโ finally shattered. He finally realized that your care had always been infused with sincere and deep affection โ one he had stubbornly ignored. Something inside him changed irreversibly. Kang Soo understood how much time had been wasted, and he wasnโt about to lose another second. From then on, your feelings became mutual.
Kang Dae Ho
Life on the outskirts was harsh: you and Dae Ho were barely scraping by, drowning in endless debt. He always looked exhausted, calling himself a โformer Marine,โ though the cheap tattoo on his forearm looked more like a sticker. Dae Ho saved money on everything. You bonded over your shared misfortune and even planned to move in together to save on rent โ that was before your sympathy turned into something more.
You often brought him containers of cheap food.
โY/n, youโre going to bankrupt me with all this rice,โ he joked, but he always ate with appetite.
โItโs my treat. Donโt even think about paying me back.โ
Things werenโt easy for you either, but you couldnโt leave him โ just as lonely and cornered as you were. Gradually, you caught yourself simply admiring him. This tough โMarineโ had surprisingly delicate, artistic fingers, which he used to play gonggi masterfully.
โHow does a Marine have such soft hands?โ
Dae Ho tensed at first, then laughed.
โA hidden talent. Just donโt tell anyone.โ
In that moment, you fell completely in love.
Fate was cruel: you both ended up in a strange place among hundreds of people in identical tracksuits. Seeing him in the game hall with that same hunted look in his eyes, your heart skipped a beat.
โDae Ho?โ You approached him first.
โY/n?โ He went pale, realizing you were trapped too.
In the very first game, with everyoneโs nerves frayed, you grabbed his sleeve tightly, stopping him from making a fatal mistake. He froze, looking at you with a mix of terror and endless gratitude. Under the constant fear of death, you wanted to scream about your love, but instead, you only said firmly:
โStay close, Dae Ho. Weโll get through this.โ
Three days later, after an exhausting game of jump rope where Dae Ho had come within a hairโs breadth of death, he came to your cot in the silence of the dorm.
โTell me the truth. Why do you keep saving me? Am I your debtor? I promise, if we get out, Iโll pay you back every penny I owe.โ
โNo,โ you replied. โYou donโt owe me anything. This was my choice.โ
โThen why?โ His voice trembled.
You looked up, realizing there was no point in hiding the truth anymore.
โBecause I love you.โ
Dae Ho went rigid. He had expected reproaches, demands โ anything but a confession.
โWhat?โ
โI love you.โ
Suddenly, he pulled you close, holding you tightly by the shoulders.
โAnd I thought I disgusted youโฆ I thought you just pitied a loser,โ he whispered into your hair.
โI do pity you, but that doesnโt make my love any less real,โ you mumbled into his chest, feeling his heart racing.
You both survived those hellish games. Back in normal life, you bought a small house on the outskirts of the city and finally started simply living. Together.
Wang Wook
Life in the palace of the Eighth Prince, Wang Wook, flowed calmly, and you were just one of many noble ladies in his entourage. You entrusted your true feelings only to a small, tattered diary you kept hidden under your pillow.
โToday, Wang Wook smiled at me and thanked me for dinner. I nearly dropped the tray from excitement.โ โIโm so in love with him. Of all the princes, he alone has touched my soul. My heart stops when he walks by, but he will never know.โ
One day, while getting ready to go into town with your sister, you made a fatal mistake โ you left your diary on the table in the library. Later, Wang Wook came in, looking for his poetry scrolls after a meeting with his brothers. His gaze fell on the abandoned notebook.
โDid someone leave a book here?โ he thought, opening it, hoping to find the ownerโs name. Instead, he found his own.
The prince read for several hours, page after page, sinking into the world of your feelings. When you returned, he was still sitting at the table with your diary in his hands.
โThatโsโฆโ your voice broke, your hands beginning to tremble. โItโs not what you think.โ
โAre you trying to say this isnโt your handwriting?โ He raised an eyebrow. โOr that your heart isnโt beating on every page?โ
You stood frozen, unable to hide your trembling.
โWhy did you stay silent?โ Wook asked quietly. โYou were always so kind to me, and I simply never noticed.โ
โIโฆโ
Wang Wook stood up and walked towards you, stopping close. His warm palms gently cupped your face.
โI spent so long walking past someone who loved me so loyally and quietly.โ
He pulled you into his embrace, and there was more tenderness in it than in all the poems in the world.
โWrite whatever you want. Just promise that Iโll remain in your thoughts forever.โ
Kim Yo Han
Yo Han was on the brink of death in the ICU after a brutal attack in prison. The doctors offered no prognosis โ no one knew if he would wake up. Every evening, you came to see him. You didnโt cry or complain; you just sat beside him, gently wiping sweat from his forehead and adjusting his IV.
โYou have to survive, Yo Han,โ you whispered into the silence of the room.
A few days later, he opened his eyes. You werenโt there at that moment, but the nurse on duty smiled gently at him:
โItโs good to see you awake! That girl who came every day โ sheโs going to cry tears of joy.โ
โWhat girl?โ Yo Han rasped.
โY/n. The quiet one. Sheโs been here since day one: sitting, reading aloud to youโฆ We thought she was your wife.โ
Yo Han fell into a heavy silence. When you entered the room, his gaze was so piercing, it was as if he was seeing you for the first time. You nearly dropped your bag when you saw him conscious.
โYou came? Every day? Why?โ He didnโt take his eyes off you. โI donโt owe you anything. I didnโt pay you for this.โ
โItโs not about money,โ you said slowly, lowering yourself into a chair. โItโs just that if you had died, I wouldnโt be able toโฆโ
โTo what?โ
โTo live. To just keep living,โ you exhaled. โBecause I love you, Yo Han. And you never noticed it. But itโs my fault for staying silentโฆโ
A heavy silence fell over the room. Finally, he reached out his hand โ weak, bruised from the IVs โ and squeezed your palm as tightly as his strength would allow.
โI always thought love was a weakness,โ he said in a cracked voice. โBut if it werenโt for you, I wouldnโt have woken up. So I guess itโs a strength.โ
Noh Woo Sung
Your desks at the office were next to each other. Woo Sung was always impeccably dressed in a suit but had permanent dark circles under his eyes and the face of someone who had forgotten what rest felt like. You fell for him six months ago, when he simply shared his lunch with you on a day you forgot your wallet at home. Ever since then, a hot coffee appeared on his desk every morning โ your silent gesture of affection.
One evening, while staying late to finish reports, you opened up to your mutual friend, Chang-woo.
โWhy the long face?โ he asked.
You sighed and decided to vent:
โItโs Woo Sung. Iโve liked him for a long time. Iโve tried to hint, but it just looks silly. Heโs wrapped up in his own worries: mortgage, crypto, the constant noise in his apartmentโฆ He doesnโt have time for me.โ
โSo tell him straight!โ
โI canโt. Heโd just look at me with those empty eyes and ask, โWhat are you talking about?โโ
The next day, you found Woo Sung at his desk. He was paler than usual and looked extremely irritated.
โAre you okay? Noisy neighbors again?โ You asked quietly.
He lifted his heavy gaze to you.
โIs it true? What you told Chang-woo?โ
Your heart sank. Chang-woo had sold you out.
โIโฆโ You covered your face with your hands. โWhat a traitor!โ
โYou bring me coffee. Share your lunchโฆโ Woo Sung slowly swiveled his chair towards you.
โIโm sorry. Iโve been in love with you for six monthsโฆ But youโre always so tired, I just didnโt want to burden you with my feelings.โ
Woo Sung tiredly ran a hand over his face.
โGod, Iโm such an idiot. I was calculating interest rates and didnโt notice the person who was just taking care of me.โ
You whispered, trying not to attract the attention of your coworkers โ rumors spread like wildfire in the office.
โWant to go to a restaurant after work?โ You suggested.
โOh, I donโt think I can afford it right nowโฆโ
โMy treat, Woo Sung.โ
Gradually, Woo Sung began to thaw. In you, he found the very peace he so desperately needed. And after some time, when your relationship had grown stronger, you suggested he move in with you โ away from his noisy neighbors and eternal insomnia.

OMG IT WAS SO GOOD AJSNNSNA
The Dae-ho one low-key wrecked me ๐๐๐ I hope he won and got to live peacefully ๐๐๐ป also, Prince Wook, Yohan and Kang-soo, y'all really think y'all aren't worth dying for???? ๐ค๐ค๐ค And THANK GOD we came to Woo-sung instead of Jin ho ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป it was so sweet ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ
Thank you so much!!! I love you btw- ๐๏ธ๐ซถ๐ป๐๏ธ
Have a great day,
Much love,
๐๐
It was so incredibly heartbreaking to write about Daeho... my boy deserves all the love in the world ๐ญ๐ฅบ But at the same time, Iโve had this "readerโs self-sacrifice" trope in my head for a while now. I was literally on the verge of tears while writing this ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
โDaeho will definitely clear the games and be happy in the future!!!๐๐๐
โWang Wook is such a great character; he deserves love too, just like all of Kang Haneulโs characters!!!
I had another idea as well ๐๐
The characters' reaction to the reader doing something which saves their life without even a second thought (for ex: reader doing something in SG which saves Dae-ho etc.)
It's fine if you don't ๐๏ธ๐๐ป๐๏ธ
Have a great day,
Much love,
๐๐
That's a stunning and incredibly powerful idea! ๐ฅบ ๐๐๐
I enjoyed writing it so much
Thank you for the request!๐๐๐
Love is stronger than pain
Warning: I don't speak English, so I'm using a translator. Please forgive any mistakes! ๐ฅบ Summary: The characters' reactions to the reader's act of saving their lives. Characters: Lee Kang Soo, Kang Dae Ho, Noh Woo Sung, Kim Yo Han, Wang Wook.
Lee Kang Soo
You waited a long time for Kang Soo to come home after his mission. Time passed, but he still didnโt appear.
"Heโs late again..." you thought.
You were used to Kang Soo constantly being away on assignments. You were always worried, but on this particular day, your heart wouldnโt give you any peace.
Soon, a notification arrived on your phone.
You grabbed the phone sharply, hoping to see a message from Kang Soo. But instead, you saw a message from an unknown number.
You opened it and saw a photo.
Your heart skipped a beat. In the photo, Kang Soo was covered in bruises and blood.
You didn't call the police, because you knew the kidnappers would most likely kill Kang Soo. You couldn't take that risk.
Without a second thought, you grabbed a pepper spray canister, a stack of money, and quickly drove to the address that was sent right after.
You arrived at an abandoned warehouse. Inside stood two men, and on the floor lay Kang Soo. Seeing him in that terrible state, you were ready to destroy everything there, but at the same time, you knew it wasn't the time to act impulsively.
"Where's the money?" one of them asked.
You held out the bag.
"Let him go."
Kang Soo, hearing your voice, slowly turned his head in your direction to make sure it was really you. He thought it was a hallucination.
"You're brave. Such a fragile girl wasn't afraid to come here," the man chuckled. "You must really love him."
"I did what you asked. Now let him go."
The men counted the money, then one of them pulled out a knife.
"Sorry, sweetheart, but now you're an extra witness," the man sneered and began slowly walking towards you.
You didn't think you would survive. You only thought about Kang Soo surviving.
You slipped your hand into your pocket, where you had put the pepper spray, and took a few steps back. You looked at the knife in the man's hand, at Kang Soo who was wheezing and coughing up blood.
Meanwhile, the second man walked over to Kang Soo and kicked him in the stomach, making him cry out loudly.
You couldn't take it anymore. You quickly pulled out the canister, sprayed it in the face of the man with the knife, then pushed him hard. You did the same to the other man.
Time was short. You helped Kang Soo to his feet and gave him the keys to your car.
"Run, Kang Soo. I'll try to hold them off."
Instead, Kang Soo grabbed your hand and pulled you towards the exit. Kang Soo was limping badly, but he pushed forward through the pain. You helped him walk, even though you were a little weaker than him.
You got into the car. You quickly started the engine and sped out of the warehouse.
"Why did you come? You could have died..."
"Are you seriously asking that?"
Kang Soo remained silent.
"No matter how scared I was, I couldn't leave you."
You handed him a bottle of water.
"Never risk yourself for me again. Do you hear me?"
"I couldn't live knowing I could have helped you. I don't care what you think about that right now. You're alive, and that's the main thing."
Kang Soo closed his eyes and took a sip of water. You could hear his heavy breathing, audible even over the car's engine.
You drove him to the hospital so he could receive all the necessary care.
Kang Dae Ho
The fourth game. A long line of players stood before the ball-dispensing machine.
You watched as Dae Ho's turn approached. He drew a blue ball.
The previous games had exhausted you so much that you had no energy left to guess what game awaited you next. You felt terrible, but Dae Ho felt even worse. After the rebellion, he couldn't pull himself together, and Gi-hun's stares were destroying him morally.
You started to get worried. What if you drew a different colour? How could you play against Dae Ho?
The anxiety grew stronger as the line moved forward.
You stood at the machine, praying that you would also draw a blue ball.
Reluctantly, you reached your hand into the machine.
Red.
Now you stood on opposite sides from each other.
Gi-hun drew a red ball. At that moment, you knew it was the end. He wouldn't leave Dae Ho alone. And you knew Gi-hun wouldn't stop.
After all the players had drawn their balls, the rules of the game were explained to you.
"Oh no..." you were ready to burst into tears right there on the spot.
But then they announced that you could voluntarily swap vests. This was a chance. For you and Dae Ho.
You quickly ran up to him.
"Let's swap," you said, squeezing his hand.
"What? No! Don't even think about it," Dae Ho tried to pull his hand away, but you held it tightly.
"Dae Ho, listen to me. I can handle it. Don't worry. Take my vest, otherwise Gihun won't leave you alone... look how he's staring at you," you nodded towards Gi-hun. "He has such a creepy look. This way, at least you'll be safe."
"No, I won't let you..."
"You will. It's not up for discussion," you cut him off sharply.
Under your pressure, Dae Ho gave in. He understood it was the only chance for survival, but it didn't stop him from thinking that now you were in a vulnerable position, as the red team had the advantage.
During the game, you started looking for Dae Ho. You had a plan in your head. A brutal plan. But there was no other way. You knew Dae Ho was too soft and kind, unable to hurt someone, let alone kill...
At one of the turns, players 333 and 124 attacked you, but you managed to push them off. You had been actively involved in sports in the past, so those skills served you well.
You entered a room. It was empty.
You couldn't find Dae Ho anywhere, so you called out his name so he could hear you.
"Y/N?" a familiar voice whispered quietly.
You turned around and saw him sitting on the floor. He looked like a frightened kitten. You couldn't bear to see it.
"Dae Ho..."
You immediately rushed to hug him.
"I can't... I can't get through this round..." Dae Ho could no longer hold back his emotions and started crying.
"You will get through it. I promise."
"Y/N, I can't..."
You picked up the knife lying nearby and placed it in Dae Ho's hand.
"You will live, no matter what..."
You quickly guided his hand with the knife into your own chest. A sharp pain burst inside you.
"Player 388 advances. Player 290 eliminated."
"Why did you do that? Why?" Dae Ho sobbed, choking on his tears.
"You have to live..." you barely whispered.
"No, no, no!" Dae Ho pressed his palms to your wound, trying to stop the bleeding. "I want you to live! I don't want to win!"
"I love you..."
Dae Ho was shouting something back, but you couldn't hear him anymore. Blood ran down your lips, but you were smiling. You took your last breath and closed your eyes. Forever.
Noh Woo Sung
Woo Sungโs apartment smelled of dust and cheap ramen. The lights were off, only the flickering of streetlights filtering through the curtains.
Woo Sung sat on the floor, his back against the cold wall.
He no longer heard the noise. Absolute emptiness had settled in his head. On the floor in front of him lay receipts, scattered rubbish, empty bottles, and a sales contract that now felt like a death sentence.
Woo Sung was so tired of everything, even of life itself.
He sat down on the floor and wrote a suicide note. Then he stood up and walked to the window. Just one step separated him from a terrible end. He had already lifted one leg over the windowsill.
Then, a ring at the door shattered the heavy silence.
Woo Sung froze.
Another ring.
"Leave me alone..." Anger began to boil inside him. "Has someone come to check if I'm dying quietly?"
Woo Sung was sure it was Jin Ho or that crazy neighbour from downstairs, coming to reproach him one last time for his existence making too much noise.
Rage was the last spark that made him get up. Woo Sung wanted to open the door and let it all out: all his pain, all his anger, into the face of whoever stood on the other side.
Woo Sung abruptly flung the door open, already drawing breath to shout.
"What do you want from me now...?" The sentence died halfway.
On the doorstep stood you, the quiet neighbour from upstairs who had never complained about Woo Sung. You felt sorry for him. Every time you met in the stairwell, you saw his tortured, exhausted face.
"He couldn't possibly be the source of the noise," you thought.
In your hands were containers of warm food, from which a delicious aroma wafted, and a thermos of tea. You looked ordinary, warm, and completely out of place in his nightmare.
Woo Sung bowed his head when he saw you.
"Hey... sorry, I thought that..." Woo Sung froze, looking at you.
"Are you okay? Can I come in? I can't sleep..."
Woo Sung was momentarily stunned by your question.
"Yeah, come in."
There was no romantic relationship between you; you were just neighbours in an unfortunate building.
You stepped inside, and the space around you seemed to start thawing. You noticed the wide-open window and the draft, but didn't ask anything. You simply walked over, carefully closed it, and turned the handle until it clicked. Woo Sung stood silently, watching you, scratching the back of his head. He felt embarrassed that you had seen the mess in his apartment.
You sat on the floor. Woo Sung ate โ slowly at first, almost forcing himself, then greedily, as if trying to make up for all the meals he'd missed. You sat across from him, asking no unnecessary questions, simply being present in his moment.
You noticed a piece of paper on the floor and read the text out of the corner of your eye.
"Woo Sung, what's this?" You picked up the note and held it out to him.
Woo Sung hesitated. In that second, he realized that you had become his salvation. If you hadn't come, he would have stepped forward. Woo Sung decided not to hide it, to tell you everything that was on his soul.
"I'm so tired," he sighed heavily.
"I believe it's not you. You're not the source of the noise."
A strange, thick tension arose between you, the kind that happens between two people when one unknowingly saves the other. Woo Sung lifted his head, his eyes no longer tired. They reflected the lamplight and you.
"Why did you come right now? It's like you knew."
"I don't know. My heart was restless. I guess the walls are too thin in this building, Woo Sung. I don't hear noise... I hear how lonely you are."
From that moment, your small acquaintance began to blossom into a great love.
Wang Wook
Wang Wook was accused of plotting and committing the murder of his brother. The accusers' words sounded so convincing that there was no doubt it was Wang Wook. Besides, there was animosity between him and the Fourth Prince (who had now gained power and become King).
Wang Wook was to be executed.
You were beside yourself. The man you loved so much, the man you were supposed to marry, was to be executed.
You cried night after night and visited Wang Wook in his cell.
You had the opportunity to speak during the trial and confess that you had killed the prince. You decided to take all the blame on yourself.
"I killed him," you said loudly, looking the King straight in the eye. "It was all me."
On the spot, you began fabricating evidence against yourself to divert suspicion from Wang Wook.
Commotion arose in the palace. Wang Wook lunged towards you, but the guards held him back.
"What are you doing?" Wang Wook shouted. "Be quiet!"
You didn't be quiet. You continued talking, inventing details, crying, pleading. You were convincing. You were ready to die.
And they led you away.
In the prison cell, you sat on the cold floor and waited for dawn. The execution was scheduled for the morning. You weren't afraid; you kept thinking about him: that he was alive, that he was free, that he could rule, could live.
Suddenly, in the middle of the night, the door opened.
Wang Wook entered the cell. He was pale, beside himself, with a dagger tucked into his belt.
"You've gone mad," he said, kneeling before you. "You've completely lost your mind."
"You're the one who's lost his mind," you replied. "They'll kill you if they find out you're here."
"Even if they find out, I don't care anymore," he grabbed your hands. "I came to get you out."
"What?"
"Get up," Wang Wook insisted, "or I'll carry you myself. Hurry, while there's still time."
He led you out of the cell through dark corridors and a secret passage. You ran until dawn, until you were far beyond the city limits.
In the forest, by an abandoned hut, he fell to his knees and pulled you close.
"Never," he whispered, breathless. "Never do that again."
"You're alive," you hugged him back. "That's the main thing."
"Alive," he raised his head and looked at you. "But if you die, I won't want to live. Remember that."
You didn't answer. You just sat in his embrace, listening to his heartbeat.
"I love you," he said. "To madness. To the point of being ready to destroy anything that stands between us."
"Me too," you murmured into his shoulder.
He didn't let you go until morning. And in the morning, he said:
"We'll leave Goryeo. Forever. I renounce power."
"Wang Wook..."
"I choose you," he squeezed your fingers. "You chose me when you risked your life. Now it's my turn."
And you left. Together, forever.
Kim Yo Han
Yo Han had too many enemies after getting out of prison. Yo Han was always on alert, but sometimes vigilance fails.
The attack happened as you were walking home late one evening. Several men with bats and weapons suddenly approached you. Yo Han assessed the situation in a second. For the first time, you were beside him in a situation like this, and he couldn't let you get hurt.
"Run," he said quietly.
"No."
"Run, or I can't protect us both."
"I didn't ask you to protect me."
You pulled a canister from your bag (Yo Han had taught you to always carry one) and stood shoulder to shoulder with him.
"I'm not going anywhere," you insisted firmly.
When one of the attackers hit Yo Han on the head and he fell to his knees, you threw yourself between him and the next blow.
Suddenly, a sharp strike hit your shoulder โ a crack, darkness. You fell, but got right back up. The adrenaline was so high you couldn't feel the pain. You screamed, spun around, and sprayed the canister into the attacker's face.
"Get away," Yo Han wheezed, trying to stand.
"No," you didn't budge.
You don't know how long it lasted. It felt like an eternity, and then you heard a siren. Someone had called the police. The attackers were quickly arrested.
In the hospital, Yo Han sat by your bed, squeezing your hand. His head was wrapped in bandages due to a concussion. But he didn't leave.
"You could have died."
"Couldn't you?"
"I'm not worth dying for."
"To me, you are."
He leaned down and kissed your fingers. His hands were trembling.
"Never again," he whispered.
"Then don't get into such trouble."
"I won't," he lifted his head and looked at you. "I don't know what I'd do without you."
"Live like usual."
"No," he shook his head. "'Usual' means with you. Without you, there's nothing."
You sat in silence. You fell asleep, feeling his warmth.
"Thank you," you heard him say through your sleep.
