Secretly freaking out

I’m scared because I’m graduating this May and that means the real world. I’m starting to think that all this school is for nothing. Grades are nothing when you have no self-confidence. It’s been like this for as long as I can remember. I can’t help it and I’m starting to think that it’s just a part of who I am. I need help. I’m scared that I’m not gonna get anywhere in life because of it.
