Violet: Have you had your first kiss?
Tix seems to evaluate this question very hard, until she finally opens her mouth to answer:
“Well, uhh, you see… I’ve not had my first romantic kiss yet, if, if that’s what you mean……..” She blushes and pauses briefly, choosing her words carefully, “but, I’m of the belief that kisses comes in lots of different shapes and manners!”
“So, uhh, let me explain… I believe that I’ve recieved countless platonic ‘kisses’, or other declarations of love throughout my life.
“Some kisses may have presented themselves very obviously:
“While other people show their affection in a much different way:
“Sometimes it’s a heartfelt text that somebody took time out of their day to write and send:
“Or a friendly handshake or fistbump as a personal greeting:
“There’s times where I have to ask a professional for a little care and warmth:
“And other times it just suddenly happens, no matter if we’re even both aware of what’s going on at the moment:
“And then there’s situations where I somehow earn a big, affectionate hug:
“Or recieve alternative kisses on the move:
“Even my boss show their appreciation and respect for me with gentle kisses on my hand:
“So,” Tix finishes with a grateful smile, “I’ve recieved many ‘first kisses’ in various forms and ways. I wish that my friends knew just how much it means to me, and that I truly do recognize it whenever they try to show me that I’m loved, even if their ways of showing it can be quite unique sometimes!” She chuckles softly.
“I see it all and cherishes every moment of it.”
