HOW UNCERTAIN ARE THINGS FOR YOU? One of the human needs is certainty and faaarrr out if these few years have shown us anything it’s that shit can get real uncertain real quick. 💔You can’t even be certain people with still talk to you or want to be friends with you because of your beliefs. ✨ Those same beliefs could have made your job very uncertain. 💰 Now the whole economic system is making it quite hard to feel certain, save, stable or like you can plan things out for the next while. This is not a feeling that I’m comfortable with. Over the last few years I’ve made tweaks and changes to feel like I have some control over my life & feel safer going into the unknown of the future. I want you to see what I saw & know that there is another way to the traditional systems. Get all the shit out of your head! 🧠 💩 🌪 The mental clutter takes up so much energy esp if it’s the same thoughts swirling round and round for weeks on end Journal it out when something comes up or each day riff on whatever comes to mind. 📔 Just write down whatever you are feeling or working through you get it all out. Any journal will do and this is one you kind of just want to let it all out in then throw out when it’s full. It’s not a diary or a note taking thing. Burn it on a full moon if that’s your vibe or compost it. What ever it is I’m sure you want no one to read this and knowing no one will you’ll be able to let loose with ease. 💻 If writing by hand isn’t your thing then do the same thing but on a digital journal - note taking thing on your laptop etc. Much easier to delete and many can type faster than they can hand write so it can keep up with your thoughts. 📣 Another option is to speak it out so using the voice recording app and just talking to through to yourself. You can of course talk things over with someone else but that’s not everyone’s jam and many of the things going round in your head aren’t things to talk through but just need to be expressed and let go. 📖 Morning pages is also a daily practice where you just write 3 pages of whatever comes to mind. It’s a good practice to start with if you are just getting into the flow of writing out all your thoughts and feelings.
