Rarotonga
Ever see pictures that provoke something so deep within you that you cant really put into words.
This shot gave me so much nostalgia. It brought me back to being 15yrs old, drunk off four lokos with some girls from my school at the beach in the middle of the night, where I used to live in florida. feeling so alive and free and running through the waves and looking at the moons reflection in the water, and falling down and being covered in sand and alcoholic drink stains soaking my tank top and salty hair. Then to living in the virgin islands, sometimes waking up on beaches, rising in the morning on the boat I lived on, kayaking quietly at 8am to go to shore so I could get to work, in perfectly still water. Then to car camping somewhere near santa barbara, watching the sunset, sitting on rocks, taking pictures of the wildflowers. I found a tucked away dirt path off the main road with a view of the ocean from the ledge the car was parked on, and it was one of the most peaceful sleeps Iâve ever had on the road.
