Puppies are lovely, but waiting until you were unpacked could have been a good idea. Well.. cool. But I might start singing it every time I see him.
Unpacking could take forever. You know your sister and me.

“Boston, huh? How was it on the east coast? Can’t say I’ve left the state since my parents moved here from New York City… Well, you know, they say that having a pet at the same time as a baby or small child is beneficial. Something about developing bonds early-on and having a sense of responsibility. I’m thinking she might want to know, ha.”
“Cold. Very, very cold. But amazing, none the less. Well, this baby will have many, many pets to build bonds with. I have a feeling he or she will fit right in, though. I’m not worried. Both Nova and I are animal lovers, clearly.”
Why on earth would you get a new dog when you’re not even done unpacking yet? Also, Bingo.. like the dog in that song where Bingo was his name-o and every time you sing it you take a letter away? Nice.
Because puppies, Juliana. That’s why. Puppies. ...yes. I am a child, and I named my dog Bingo. Bingo is his name-o.
Are you seriously not done unpacking yet?
...no...no we are not. We got a new dog though! His name is Bingo.
With it being out, I think you definitely can.
I wanted to go shopping earlier, but Nova stopped me and reminded me that in order to put together a nursery, we need to actually be able to see the floor of that room. ...this unpacking thing is taking forever.
So now that the word is out, can I go baby crazy yet? It’s nice not having to wear baggy clothes all the time, I’ll say that much.

Nova: Oh my goodness.. What am I going to do with you?
Kenna: Love me, because I am carrying Boog, and you love us very, very much.
Kenna: ...PS...Boog made me eat way too much today. I feel like I weigh a zillion pounds.

Nova: ...What did you do?
Kenna: Uhm, well, it was just so cute...and it looked so sad...and you know how I have a bleeding heart. And he's just so sweet, and I promise I'll feed him and walk him and play with him...
Kenna: ...and Bingo was his name-o.

Kenna: Remember. I love you very, very much. In fact, I know we love each other so much that we have more than enough love to go around.
Kenna: ...please don't get mad at me.
“Ah… See, now that makes sense. I almost started praying for the sturdiness of your floorboards there, ha. You’re fortunate to have the space; I’d get a dog if I’d have the time to properly care for them and perhaps a condo instead of an apartment, but oh, well. Cats are fantastic anyway.”
“My mom left me the house, luckily. Nova and I moved in shortly after we started dating. ...then we left it for a few years when we lived in Boston, but it’s nice to be back. Luckily I’ll be spending a few months home, so a new dog won’t be a difficult task. ...maybe a baby and a dog at once will be hard, but I always did love a challenge. ...Nova and I are rather excited. ...for the baby, not the dog. ...I’m excited for the dog. Nova isn’t aware of it yet.”
Damn. Well, it was still worth suggesting just in case you ever try to obtain one of those permits. But uh, I can come meet you at your place in a few and then we can go from there?
I promise, if we ever obtain one of those permits, we’ll get a zebra, first thing. Yeah, sure. I’ll leash up the dogs and meet you out front.
“Goodness. At least there’s never a lack of excitement over there, ha. How do you manage with the whole lot under one roof? Well, of course, besides the horse. Also… A pig? As in a fully-grown, usually average to 700-something pounds? Or one of those teacup-sized fellows?”
“We’re usedto it. They’ve all grown up together, so they all get along. Oh, no. Not a 700 pound farm pig, Frankie’s a mini-pig. She’s about a hundred pounds. Bigger than the teacup, smaller than the farm pig. It’s a good thing our house is fairly large.”
Yeah, I’d love to. That sounds nice. Speaking of the McNova petting zoo, you guys should get a few zebras.
We totally would, if it wasn’t hard to obtain exotic animal permits. We’ll stick to the horse.
I have spent the last four hours working on this song and I’ve gotten almost everything done. Just a few more tweaks to the piano composition and it’ll be good. I seriously need to go for a run or just get out to do something though, I don’t think I could handle sitting in the house any longer.
You can come for a walk with me and the dogs along the beach if you’d like? You can meet the newest member of the McNova petting zoo.
“Ssh… Hear that? That sound is the lack of puppies in this place. We are in dire need for more.”
“...that might be a lack of puppies on your part, but take a trip to my house and it’s like walking into your own personal petting zoo. Two dogs, two cats, a pig, a duck, and we even have a horse living out on a farm not too far away. ...but still! The more the merrier!”
Being domestic sounds easy until you actually try and do it. Aiden and I eat a lot of take out unless cooking is necessary.
Must be in the Lopez genes to order take out all the time. It’s basically what Nova and I live off of. ...we should probably change that, though...
